Mott MacDonald، شركة استشارات هندسية وإدارية عالمية، تبحث عن مهندس أول لمرافق الطاقة الجافة (Senior Dry Utilities Engineer) للانضمام إلى فريق تطوير الأراضي في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- دعم تصميم وتقديم البنية التحتية للطاقة والاتصالات وإنارة الشوارع في مشاريع التخطيط الرئيسي وتطوير الأراضي في المملكة.
- العمل مع فرق متعددة التخصصات وأصحاب المصلحة لتقديم حلول للمرافق مبتكرة ومستدامة وعالية الجودة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد التصاميم والحسابات وفقًا لمعايير هيئات المرافق.
- إعداد حسابات الأحمال الكهربائية وجداول الأحمال وجداول الجهد المنخفض وحسابات هبوط الجهد وحسابات تخفيض تصنيف الكابلات.
- إعداد ومراجعة تصاميم شبكات الجهد العالي والمتوسط والمنخفض بما في ذلك إعداد مخططات الخط الواحد والمخططات لمشاريع البنية التحتية.
- تصميم شبكة البنية التحتية للاتصالات ومعرفة متطلبات تغطية GSM بما في ذلك إعداد المخططات ورسومات التغطية.
- تصميم شبكة إنارة الشوارع بما في ذلك إعداد مخططات الخط الواحد والمخططات وحسابات هبوط الجهد.
- إنارة الشوارع للأنفاق والجسور السفلية.
- إعداد حسابات الإضاءة (برنامج DiaLux) لإنارة الشوارع.
- البحث عن الحل الأمثل من المصادر الداخلية والخارجية لأي مشكلات تتعلق بالتصميم.
- الحفاظ على ملكية التحليل والتصميم الهندسي الكهربائي.
- القدرة على فحص الأعمال المنفذة في الموقع ومراقبة الجودة والامتثال لرسومات التصميم.
- ضمان تنفيذ جميع أعمال التصميم وفقًا لإجراءات معايير الجودة الخاصة بالشركة.
- مراجعة الرسومات والتقارير والمواصفات والمواد المقدمة في كل مرحلة من مراحل التصميم/البناء لضمان الاكتمال والصحة والامتثال لنطاق العمل ومتطلبات الاتفاقيات.
- تقديم الجوانب الفنية للمشروع ومنهج التصميم الكهربائي لأعضاء الفريق/أصحاب المصلحة التقنيين وغير التقنيين.
- إعداد تقارير مكتوبة لمراحل مختلفة من دورة حياة المشروع، بما في ذلك كتابة المنهجيات ودراسات الحالة وغيرها من المعلومات الداعمة للعروض.
- إجراء مراجعة فنية للتقدم وتقديم تحديثات التصميم لمديري تصميم المشروع ومديري المشاريع والعميل عند الحاجة.
- دعم التحسين المستمر وأساليب العمل الرقمية ومشاركة المعرفة والدروس المستفادة.
- إظهار سلوكيات آمنة وأخلاقية وشاملة تتوافق مع قيم Mott MacDonald.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
- مؤهل مهني من مؤسسة هندسية معترف بها دوليًا.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المشاريع المتعلقة بالتصميم.
- تركيز فني قوي مع القدرة على الابتكار والقيادة بالقدوة.
- سجل مثبت في تصميم وتسليم المشاريع بنجاح.
- خبرة في استخدام برامج التحليل/التصميم مثل Dialux وETAP وAmtech.
- خبرة في متطلبات التبريد المركزي وحسابات الأحمال.
- خبرة مثبتة في تخطيط ومراقبة برامج المشاريع والتكاليف والموارد مع ضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد وفي حدود الميزانية.
- معرفة ممتازة بالكودات الدولية الحالية واللوائح السعودية المحلية.
- يفضل خبرة في ProjectWise وInfraworks وNavisworks وOpenUtilities وغيرها.
- القدرة على التواصل بثقة واحترافية باللغة الإنجليزية مع جميع مستويات الموظفين والعملاء.
- الاستعداد للسفر في مهام قصيرة الأجل (يفضل).

About the role:
We are seeking a talented Senior Dry Utilities Engineer to join our Land Development team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will support the design and delivery of power, telecommunications, and street lighting infrastructure for major master-planning and land development projects across the Kingdom, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to deliver innovative, sustainable, and high-quality utility solutions.
Key responsibilities and duties are listed, but not limited to, the below:
- Prepare designs and calculations to utility authority standards
- Preparation of electrical load calculations, load schedules, LV schedules and voltage drop calculations, cable de-rating calculations, etc.
- Prepare and review designs for the following:
- HV, MV and LV networks including the preparation of single line diagrams and layouts for infrastructure projects
- Telecommunication infrastructure network design and knowledge of GSM coverage requirements including preparation of layouts and coverage drawings
- Street lighting network design including preparation of single line diagrams, layouts and Voltage drop calculations
- Street lighting for tunnels/underpasses
- Prepare lux calculations (DiaLux software) for street lighting
- Seek the optimal solution from internal and external sources for any design-related issues
- Maintain ownership of the Electrical engineering analysis and design
- Ability to inspect works carried out on site and monitor quality and compliance with design drawings.
- Ensure all design work is carried out in accordance with Company’s quality standard procedures
- Review drawings, reports, specifications and Materials submitted at each stage of the Design / Construction to ensure completeness, correctness, compliance with the Scope of work and agreements requirements.
- Be able to present technical aspects of a project and Electrical design approach to technical and non-technical team members/stakeholders
- Produce written reports for various stages of the project life cycle, including writing methodologies, case studies, and other proposal supporting information.
- Conduct a technical review on progress and provide design updates to the project design managers, project managers and where required client
- Support continuous improvement and digital ways of working, sharing knowledge and lessons learned.

- A strong technical focus, able to innovate and lead by example
- Demonstrable record of successfully designing and delivering projects
- Experienced in using analytical/design software such as Dialux, ETAP, Amtech
- Experienced in district cooling requirements and load demand calculations
- Demonstrable experience of planning and monitoring project programmes, costs and resources ensuring delivery to time and budget.
- Excellent knowledge of current international codes and local Saudi regulations
- Experience in ProjectWise, Infraworks, Navisworks, Openutilities etc is preferble
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally in English with all levels of staff and clients
- Willingness to travel for short term assignments would be preferred.
