شركة بارسونز تبحث عن أخصائي تدقيق الجودة والتدريب للمساهمة في مشروع تطوير مطار وبنية تحتية ومدرجات في الرياض. سيكون مسؤولاً عن التخطيط والتنفيذ لبرامج التدقيق والتدريب وضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات، بالإضافة إلى دعم مبادرات التحسين المستمر.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ برامج تدقيق المشروع تغطي التصميم والإنشاء والجودة والامتثال والجاهزية التشغيلية.
- إعداد خطط التدقيق والجداول والقوائم ومعايير التدقيق.
- إجراء تدقيق داخلي وخارجي على فرق المشروع والمقاولين والاستشاريين والموردين.
- التحقق من الامتثال لإجراءات المشروع، خطط إدارة الجودة، متطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة، متطلبات العقد، والمعايير الدولية.
- توثيق نتائج التدقيق ومتابعة تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- إجراء التدقيق على أنشطة المشروع الرئيسية مثل صالات الركاب والمدارج وساحات الشحن والبنية التحتية والمرافق والأنظمة المتخصصة.
- مراجعة امتثال المقاولين لخطط الفحص والاختبار وطرق العمل والمستندات.
- تحديد احتياجات التدريب بناءً على المخاطر ونتائج التدقيق والفجوات في الأداء والأهداف التنظيمية.
- تطوير خطط التدريب والجداول والمواد التعليمية وتقديم برامج تدريبية في الجودة وإجراءات المشروع والتدقيق والتوعية بالصحة والسلامة والتحسين المستمر.
- تنسيق أنشطة التدريب مع فرق المشروع والمقاولين، وتقييم فعالية التدريب ومستوى فهم المشاركين.
- الحفاظ على سجلات الحضور وتقييمات الكفاءة وتقارير الإنجاز ودعم تطوير مصفوفات الكفاءة.
- دعم تنفيذ مبادرات التحسين المستمر، وتحليل اتجاهات التدقيق وبيانات الأداء، وإعداد تقارير الدروس المستفادة.
- إعداد تقارير التدقيق وتتبعات الإجراءات التصحيحية وتقارير التدريب ولوحات الامتثال وملخصات الأداء.
- التنسيق مع مدير الجودة وفرق الصحة والسلامة والبناء والهندسة والمقاولين والاستشاريين وأصحاب المصلحة في المطار.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات الجودة ومراجعات التدقيق وورش التحسين.
- دعم جاهزية التسليم من خلال تدقيق جاهزية الوثائق والانتقال من مرحلة البناء إلى التشغيل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة الجودة أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو إدارة الأعمال أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- يفضل امتلاك شهادة تدقيق مهنية أو شهادة تدريب.
- خبرة إجمالية لا تقل عن 12 عاماً، منها 8 أعوام على الأقل في التدقيق وضمان الجودة وإدارة الامتثال وتقديم التدريب.
- خبرة مثبتة في دعم مشاريع المطارات الكبيرة أو تطوير البنية التحتية أو مشاريع النقل أو برامج الإنشاءات واسعة النطاق.
- خبرة في إجراء التدقيق للمقاولين والاستشاريين وفرق المشروع.
- خبرة في تطوير وتقديم برامج تدريبية مهنية.
- خبرة في العمل ضمن بيئات شركاء التوصيل أو منظمات إدارة المشاريع أو مشاريع EPC أو فرق جهة العميل.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بمنهجيات التدقيق وتقييم الامتثال وأنظمة إدارة الجودة.
- فهم معيار ISO 9001 لأنظمة إدارة الجودة، مبادئ التدقيق الداخلي، تحليل الأسباب الجذرية، الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية، وعمليات الجودة في الإنشاءات.
- مهارات قوية في تطوير التدريب والعرض التقديمي، والقدرة على إعداد مواد تدريبية وتقارير احترافية.
- فهم جيد لبيئات مشاريع المطارات والبنية التحتية.
- مهارات تواصل وتيسير وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وإدارة أولويات متعددة.
- يفضل امتلاك شهادة مدقق داخلي معتمد (CIA) أو شهادة ISO 9001 Lead Auditor أو ما يعادلها.
- يفضل امتلاك مؤهل مدرب معتمد أو تدريب المدربين.
- يفضل خبرة في دعم مشاريع تطوير المطارات الدولية ومعرفة بمتطلبات ICAO وFAA وIATA ولوائح الطيران.
- يفضل خبرة في تنفيذ أنظمة التدقيق الرقمية وإدارة التدريب.
- يفضل خبرة في العمل ضمن أطر العقود الدولية مثل FIDIC.

What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and implement project audit programs covering design, construction, quality, compliance, and operational readiness activities.
- Prepare audit plans, schedules, checklists, and audit criteria.
- Conduct internal and external audits across project teams, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.

- Experience implementing digital audit and training management systems.
- Experience working under FIDIC or similar international contract frameworks.
- Experience supporting Design-Build, EPC, PMC, or Delivery Partner project delivery models.
- Strong experience managing training programs across large multidisciplinary project teams.
