تعلن شركة WSP في الشرق الأوسط عن توفر وظيفة مهندس جودة أول (تطوير متعدد الاستخدامات) في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى مهندس الجودة الأول مسؤولية متابعة أنشطة الموقع بشكل يومي، وتسجيل جميع ملاحظات الجودة في الموقع. تشمل المهام ضمان امتثال المقاول لمواصفات المشروع في الأنشطة المقدمة، وإدارة وتقييم جميع العمليات، وضمان فعالية مراقبة الجودة داخل المشاريع، وتقديم الدعم لفريق البناء ولمتخصصي مراقبة الجودة الآخرين، وضمان امتثال جميع الأعمال لمتطلبات العقد.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة تأهيل الموردين المسبق، وإجراءات العمل، وخطط فحص الاختبار (ITP)، وبيانات المعدات، وعينات المواد، و/أو المصنعين؛ للتأكد من امتثالها لرسومات ومواصفات العقد ونظام الجودة الخاص بالمشروع.
- ضمان امتثال جميع متطلبات المواصفات والرسومات المعمول بها، والإبلاغ عن تصحيح أوجه القصور في الموقع.
- إنشاء وصيانة إجراءات قوية لتطوير الوثائق القياسية لمراقبة الجودة وضمانها في المشروع؛ واقتراح أي تحسينات تُرى ضرورية.
- إجراء عمليات التفتيش والتدقيق: تخطيط وتنفيذ عمليات تفتيش وتدقيق منتظمة للتحقق من الامتثال لمعايير الجودة والمواصفات.
- تنفيذ إجراءات ضمان الجودة وتنسيق أعمال مراقبة الجودة مع التخصصات الفنية الأخرى لضمان إدارة آمنة وسلسة لجميع المهن والأنشطة.
- تنسيق اختبار وفحص المواد المخزنة في الموقع وخارج الموقع واختبارها.
- فحص جميع المواد للتأكد من امتثالها للمستندات المقدمة والرسومات.
- مراقبة أداء جميع أنشطة الرقابة واختبارات مكونات البناء.
- توجيه وإشراف وتنسيق أنشطة فحص/هندسة مراقبة الجودة.
- حل المشكلات المتعلقة بمراقبة جودة النشاط.
- تحديد حالات عدم المطابقة، وقيادة التحقيق فيها مع الإدارات المعنية، وتقييم خطط الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية المقدمة من المقاول.
- المشاركة في تطوير خطة التشغيل (Commissioning) والأدوار والمسؤوليات، وتنفيذ خطة التشغيل.
- المشاركة في وعقد اجتماعات الجودة مع المقاول وفريق البناء والموردين.
- التنسيق مع فريق الهندسة لحل جميع مشكلات البناء وطلبات المعلومات (RFI) والتعارضات.
- مراجعة عملية إعداد التقارير اليومية والمساعدة فيها وتسهيلها؛ والحفاظ على تقرير يومي محدث؛ وإعداد وتقديم تقارير الجودة الأسبوعية والشهرية.
- الاحتفاظ بمعرفة محدثة بالعمليات والتقنيات الهندسية المعمارية المختلفة، والتنسيق مع الإدارات الأخرى للأنشطة الفنية للمشاريع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس مع 15+ سنة من الخبرة ذات الصلة.
- معرفة مثبتة بالإنتاج وتقنيات البناء والإجراءات والكودات والمعايير عبر جميع التخصصات.
- فهم شامل لمعيار ISO 9001.
- القدرة على تحديد وإدارة المشكلات والاتجاهات من خلال تحليل العيوب ومجموعات العمل.
- معرفة المبادئ الإحصائية والقدرة على إجراء التحليل الإحصائي.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات متوسطة في استخدام حزمة Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
- Review and check vendors prequalification’s Method statements, Inspection Test Plans (ITP), equipment data, material samples and/or manufacturers for compliance with contract drawings and specifications and project’s quality system.
- Ensure that all requirements of the applicable specifications and drawings are complied with and report on deficiency corrections on-site.
- Establish and maintain robust procedures to develop standard documentation for the project’s quality control and assurance; center and propose any improvements deemed necessary.
- Conduct Inspections and Audits Plan and execute regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Implement the QA procedures and coordinate QC work with other technical disciplines to ensure safe and seamless management with all trades and activities.
- Coordinate testing and inspection of offsite materials storage and testing.
- Inspect all materials for compliance to submittals and drawings.
- Monitor the performance of all control activities and tests on building components.
- Direct, supervise and coordinate inspection/engineering QC activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems relating to the activity quality control.
- Identify non-conformances, lead its investigation with the relevant departments; and evaluate contractors submitted corrective & preventive action plan.
- Participate in the development of the Commissioning plan, roles, and responsibilities. Implement a commissioning plan.
- Participate in and conduct Quality meetings with the contractor, Construction team and suppliers.
- Coordinate with Engineering team to resolve all construction issues, RFI s and conflicts.
- Review, assist and facilitate Daily Report process; keep an updated daily report; prepare and submit weekly and monthly quality reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 15+ years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrate knowledge of production, construction techniques, procedures, codes, and standards across all disciplines. Thorough understanding of ISO 9001. Competent in the identification and management of problems and trends through defect analysis and workgroups.
- Requires knowledge of statistical principles and conducts statistical analysis.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
