تعلن شركة بارسونز (Parsons Corporation) عن توفر وظيفة مدير إنشاءات - أعمال مدنية وهيكلية للعمل في مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
المسؤول عن إدارة جميع أنشطة البناء الإنشائية والمدنية والمعمارية المرتبطة بمباني الركاب والمرافق الداعمة، مع ضمان التنفيذ عالي الجودة للأعمال الهيكلية، الأساسات الخرسانية، الهياكل الخرسانية والفولاذية، واجهات المباني، التعديلات الهيكلية، الأعمال المؤقتة، أعمال الهدم والأعمال التمهيدية، والعناصر المدنية وأعمال التشطيب المعماري، مع الالتزام بمتطلبات السلامة والجدول الزمني والتشغيل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة أنشطة البناء اليومية المتعلقة بالأعمال المدنية والهيكلية والمعمارية.
- التنسيق مع المقاولين والاستشاريين والمقاولين من الباطن والموردين لضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد.
- الإشراف على تنفيذ الأنظمة الهيكلية وأعمال الواجهات وأنظمة الأسقف والتشطيبات الداخلية.
- ضمان الامتثال للمخططات والمواصفات المعتمدة ومعايير ضمان الجودة/مراقبة الجودة.
- مراقبة التقدم مقابل الجدول الزمني واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الحاجة.
- قيادة عمليات التفتيش وأعمال تصحيح العيوب ومراجعات ضمان الجودة.
- التنسيق مع فرق الميكانيكا والكهرباء والسباكة (MEP) ونظام مناولة الأمتعة (BHS) وتقنية المعلومات والاتصالات (ICT) وأنظمة المطار لضمان توافق الواجهات.
- دعم منهجيات البناء المعياري واستراتيجيات التصنيع خارج الموقع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص ذي صلة (الهندسة المدنية أو العمارة أو إدارة الإنشاءات).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في إدارة الإنشاءات للمشاريع كبيرة الحجم، ويفضل مشاريع الطيران.
- خبرة مثبتة في تنفيذ مباني الركاب.
- خبرة عملية في بيئات التصميم والبناء (D&B) أو الهندسة والمشتريات والإنشاء (EPC).
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم قوي لمعايير البناء الدولية ومتطلبات الطيران.
- شهادة مهنية في إدارة المشاريع (PMP) أو مهندس محترف (PE) تعتبر ميزة قوية.

Parsons is seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager - Civil & Structural Works responsible for managing all structural, civil, and architectural construction activities associated with terminal buildings and supporting facilities. The role ensures high-quality execution of structural works, foundation slabs, concrete and steel structures, building envelope interfaces, structural modifications, temporary works, demolition, enabling works, civil elements, and architectural finishing works while maintaining alignment with safety, schedule, and operational requirements.

Construction Manager - Civil & Structural Works
Parsons is seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager - Civil & Structural Works responsible for managing all structural, civil, and architectural construction activities associated with terminal buildings and supporting facilities. The role ensures high-quality execution of structural works, foundation slabs, concrete and steel structures, building envelope interfaces, structural modifications, temporary works, demolition, enabling works, civil elements, and architectural finishing works while maintaining alignment with safety, schedule, and operational requirements.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage day-to-day construction activities related to Civil, Structural and architectural works.
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee implementation of structural systems, façade works, roofing systems, and interior fit-out.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and QA/QC standards.
- Monitor progress against schedule and implement corrective actions where required.
- Lead inspections, snagging activities, and quality assurance reviews.
- Coordinate with MEP, BHS, ICT, and airport systems teams to ensure interface alignment.
- Support modular construction methodologies and off-site fabrication strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in construction management related to large scale projects, preferably aviation projects.
- Strong experience delivering terminal buildings.
- Demonstrated experience within D&B or EPC delivery environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- Strong understanding of international construction standards and aviation requirements.
- Professional experience certification such as PMP or PE is highly preferred.
