تعلن شركة Hill International, Inc. عن توفر وظيفة مدير مشروع (Project Manager) في مدينة أبها، عسير، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

إدارة تطوير وتنفيذ خطط المشروع وجداوله الزمنية وميزانياته وأهدافه.
مراقبة وضبط تقدم المشروع وأدائه.
تنسيق الموارد الداخلية والأطراف الثالثة/الموردين لضمان تنفيذ المشاريع بشكل متقن، مع ضمان تسليم جميع المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وضمن النطاق والميزانية المقررة.
تطوير نطاقات وأهداف المشروع بمشاركة جميع الجهات المعنية والتأكد من الجدوى الفنية.
تحليل مخاطر المشروع وتطوير استراتيجيات للتخفيف منها، وضمان توفر الموارد وتخصيصها.
استخدام تقنيات التحقق المناسبة لإدارة التغييرات في نطاق المشروع وجدوله وتكاليفه.
قياس أداء المشروع باستخدام الأنظمة والأدوات والتقنيات المناسبة.
رفع التقارير والتصعيد إلى الإدارة حسب الحاجة.
التنسيق مع الجهات المعنية وأعضاء الفريق لضمان تحقيق أهداف المشروع.
مراقبة تكاليف المشروع وضمان كفاءة التكلفة.
تقديم تقارير دورية عن تقدم المشروع وأدائه.
إدارة التغييرات في نطاق المشروع وجدوله وتكاليفه.
ضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة والجودة الخاصة بالمشروع.
تحديد وحل مشكلات المشروع، وإنشاء وصيانة وثائق المشروع الشاملة.
تقديم التوجيه الفني والدعم لأعضاء الفريق.
الإلمام بسياسات الجودة والبيئة والسلامة والصحة المهنية ذات الصلة والإجراءات المعمول بها في شركة Hill International، وضمان الامتثال المستمر لهذه المتطلبات أثناء العمل لدى الشركة.
أداء المهام الأخرى التي يكلف بها المدير المباشر/المشرف.

الشروط والمتطلبات

درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة من جامعة معتمدة.
خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في مشاريع البنية التحتية واسعة النطاق أو مشاريع تطوير المدن.
خبرة في تنفيذ برامج ومشاريع حكومية و/أو شبه حكومية كبرى.
خبرة واسعة في إدارة مشاريع أعمال المياه والصرف الصحي.
خبرة في تطبيق فلسفة الحوادث الصفرية (zero accident philosophy).
سجل حافل بالتعامل مع الجهات الحكومية/مقدمي الخدمات.
سجل مثبت في إدارة المشاريع بنجاح.

المهارات المطلوبة

معرفة بعمليات وإجراءات إدارة المشاريع المهنية.
مهارات تنظيمية واتصالية ممتازة.
معرفة ببرامج وأدوات إدارة المشاريع.
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وإدارة مشاريع متعددة.
القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية الضيقة.
مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي.

Responsibilities

Manage the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, budgets, and objectives.
Monitor and control project progress and performance.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure that

all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical

feasibility.

Analyze project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Coordinate with stakeholders and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
Monitor project costs and ensure cost efficiency.
Provide regular reports on project progress and performance.
Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
Ensure compliance with project safety and quality standards.
Identify and resolve project issues. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies,

Manuals and Procedures in place within Hill International, and ensures continued compliance with these

requirements while employed by Hill.

Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
Minimum 15 years experience in large-scale infrastructure or city development projects.
Experience of major government and/or semi-government program and projects implementations.
Extensive Experience in the project management of water and wastewater works.
Knowledge of professional project management processes and procedures.
Experience of implementing a zero accident philosophy.
A record of engagement with government entities / utility providers.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Knowledge of project management software and tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
