شركة Hill International, Inc. تعلن عن حاجتها إلى مهندس جدولة وتحكم أول (Senior Scheduling Control Engineer) للعمل في مدينة أبها، منطقة عسير، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وصيانة جداول المشاريع باستخدام برامج إدارة المشاريع.
- مراقبة تقدم المشاريع وتحديد مجالات القلق أو التأخيرات المحتملة.
- التنسيق مع مدراء المشاريع وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين لتطوير خطط تخفيف للمخاطر المحددة.
- تقديم تحديثات منتظمة عن حالة المشاريع لفِرق المشاريع والإدارة.
- مراجعة وتحليل بيانات المشاريع لتحديد الاتجاهات وتحسين أداء المشاريع.
- التعاون مع فِرق الإنشاء والهندسة لتطوير جداول المشاريع وضمان التوافق مع الأهداف العامة للمشاريع.
- تحديد فرص تحسين العمليات وتطبيق أفضل الممارسات.
- إدارة طلبات تغيير الجدول وضمان توثيق التغييرات وإبلاغها بشكل صحيح.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات المشاريع وتقديم المدخلات حول مسائل الجدولة والتحكم.
- دعم مدراء المشاريع في تطوير ميزانيات المشاريع وخطط الموارد.
- الإطلاع على سياسات وإجراءات الجودة والبيئة والسلامة والصحة المهنية ذات الصلة المطبقة في Hill International، وضمان الامتثال المستمر لهذه المتطلبات أثناء العمل لدى الشركة.
- أداء المهام الأخرى التي يكلف بها من المدير/المشرف المباشر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في المحاسبة أو الهندسة من جامعة معتمدة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في مجال ذي صلة في مبادرات ومشروعات كبرى على المستويين الوطني والدولي.
- معرفة وخبرة واسعة في التحكم بجداول المشاريع (Project Scheduling Control).
- خبرة واسعة في إدارة وترتيب أولويات جداول المشاريع.
- القدرة على عرض خطط الجداول ومتطلباتها على الإدارة العليا والجهات الحكومية الأخرى.
- القدرة على التفاوض مع العديد من أصحاب المصلحة لتأمين الجدول الزمني للمشاريع.
- القدرة على التحدث بطلاقة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain projects schedules using project management software.
- Monitor projects progress and identify areas of concern or potential delays.
- Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop mitigation plans for identified risks.
- Provide regular updates on projects status to project teams and management.
- Review and analyze projects data to identify trends and improve project performance.
- Collaborate with construction & engineering teams to develop projects schedules and ensure alignment with overall projects goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Manage schedule change requests and ensure that changes are properly documented and communicated.
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on scheduling and control matters.
- Support project managers in the development of project budgets and resource plans.
- Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures in place within Hill International, and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.
- Bachelor / Master Degree in Accountant or Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in related field on national / international major initiatives and developments.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in project Scheduling control.
- Extensive experience in managing and prioritizing projects schedules.
- Ability to present schedules plans and requirements to senior management and other government authorities.
- Ability to negotiate with multiple stakeholders to secure schedule for projects.
- Capable to fluently communicate in Arabic and English.
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
