تعلن شركة الفنار عن توفر وظيفة شاغرة بمسمى مهندس ضبط جودة كهربائي (QA/QC Electrical Engineer) في الدمام، السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تدريب المرؤوسين وتشكيل فريق لتحقيق العمل بفعالية.
  • تقديم القيادة والتوجيه والإرشاد للمرؤوسين في جميع جوانب عملهم.
  • تفويض المهام لكل مرؤوس في المهام الموكلة إليه.
  • ضمان التوزيع العادل للمهام للحفاظ على الروح المعنوية وتحفيز المرؤوسين.
  • تنفيذ الأنشطة المخطط لها لتحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية والتطويرية وفق الجداول الزمنية.
  • استخدام الموارد بفعالية لتحقيق الأهداف بتكلفة ووقت مناسبين.
  • تقديم تقارير دورية مفصلة عن الانحرافات وتنفيذ المهام المخطط لها.
  • حل أي مشكلات ذات صلة والرفع عن أي مسائل تشغيلية معقدة.
  • ضمان متطلبات الجودة لتطوير عمليات رقابة جودة فعالة، بما في ذلك المواصفات للمنتجات أو العمليات أو الأنشطة ذات الصلة.
  • التنسيق بين الأنظمة والسياسات والإجراءات المكتوبة، والبحث عن فرص الأتمتة قدر الإمكان.
  • الامتثال للسياسات والإجراءات وتعليمات العمل ذات الصلة.
  • ضمان الامتثال لإجراءات السلامة والجودة وإدارة البيئة ذات الصلة ضمن نطاق العمل المحدد لضمان السلامة والامتثال التشريعي وتقديم منتجات / خدمات عالية الجودة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية.
  • خبرة من 5 إلى 10 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.

Job Purpose

Management Accountability

  • Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
  • Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.
  • Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale, motivation of subordinates.
  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.
