تعلن شركة WSP في الشرق الأوسط عن توفر وظيفة Stakeholder Manager للانضمام إلى فريق النقل والبنية التحتية في الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات إدارة التواصل مع الجهات المعنية للمشاريع الكبرى في النقل والبنية التحتية.
- تحديد وتحليل ورسم خريطة لأصحاب المصلحة والحفاظ على سجلاتهم طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع الجهات الحكومية والبلديات والجهات التنظيمية ومقدمي الخدمات والعملاء وممثلي المجتمع.
- العمل كحلقة وصل رئيسية بين فرق المشروع وأصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين.
- تنسيق الاجتماعات وورش العمل والعروض وجلسات التشاور مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- إدارة مخاطر وقضايا ومخاوف أصحاب المصلحة، وضمان الحل في الوقت المناسب والتصعيد عند الاقتضاء.
- تسهيل الحصول على الموافقات والتصاريح ومتطلبات التنسيق مع الجهات المختصة ووكالات المرافق.
- دعم فرق المشروع في الحصول على تأييد أصحاب المصلحة للحلول التصميمية ومبادرات المشروع.
- إعداد تقارير مشاركة أصحاب المصلحة والمراسلات ومحاضر الاجتماعات والتحديثات على المستوى التنفيذي.
- مراقبة التزامات أصحاب المصلحة وضمان تتبع الإجراءات وإغلاقها بشكل فعال.
- التعاون الوثيق مع مديري المشاريع ومديري التصميم وقادة التخصصات والعملاء لدعم تسليم المشروع بنجاح.
- ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات العميل وأطر الحوكمة للمشروع والالتزامات التنظيمية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- سعودي الجنسية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو التخطيط الحضري أو إدارة الأعمال أو الاتصالات أو العلاقات العامة أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة أو التنسيق معهم أو الشؤون الخارجية.
- خبرة مثبتة في العمل على مشاريع تصميم النقل والبنية التحتية واسعة النطاق داخل المملكة العربية السعودية أو دول الخليج.
- يفضل بشدة وجود خبرة سابقة في استشارات هندسية.
- سجل حافل في التعامل مع الجهات العامة والبلديات وهيئات النقل ومقدمي الخدمات والجهات التنظيمية.
- فهم قوي لدورات حياة مشاريع النقل والبنية التحتية من التخطيط مروراً بالتصميم وصولاً إلى التسليم.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل اللفظي والكتابي باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- مهارات قوية في التفاوض والتأثير وإدارة العلاقات.
- القدرة على إدارة العديد من أصحاب المصلحة والأولويات المتنافسة داخل بيئات المشاريع المعقدة.

The successful candidate will lead stakeholder engagement activities across major infrastructure and transportation design projects, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and collaboration between project teams, government authorities, utility providers, clients, and key project stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement stakeholder management and communication strategies for major transport and infrastructure projects.
- Identify, map, analyze, and maintain stakeholder registers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities, municipalities, regulatory authorities, utility providers, clients, and community representatives.
- Act as the primary liaison between project teams and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings, workshops, presentations, and consultation sessions.
- Manage stakeholder risks, issues, and concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where appropriate.
- Facilitate approvals, permits, and coordination requirements with relevant authorities and utility agencies.
- Support project teams in obtaining stakeholder buy-in for design solutions and project initiatives.
- Prepare stakeholder engagement reports, correspondence, meeting minutes, and executive-level updates.
- Monitor stakeholder commitments and ensure actions are tracked and closed effectively.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, design managers, discipline leads, and clients to support successful project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, project governance frameworks, and regulatory obligations.
- Saudi National.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Urban Planning, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in stakeholder management, stakeholder coordination, or external affairs.
- Demonstrated experience working on large-scale transport and infrastructure design projects within Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
- Previous experience with an engineering consultancy is highly preferred.
- Proven track record engaging with public sector authorities, municipalities, transport authorities, utility providers, and regulatory bodies.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure and transportation project lifecycles from planning through design and delivery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities within complex project environments.
