تسعى شركة Awtad إلى توظيف مهندس مرافق (Facility Engineer) للعمل في الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء فحوصات دورية للمرافق والمعدات لتحديد احتياجات الصيانة والإصلاح.
- التنسيق والإشراف على أنشطة الصيانة والإصلاح، بما في ذلك الصيانة الروتينية والإصلاحات والتحديثات.
- تطوير وتنفيذ برامج الصيانة الوقائية لضمان الموثوقية والسلامة المستمرة للمرافق.
- إنشاء وحفظ سجلات دقيقة لأنشطة الصيانة والإصلاح.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح السلامة والمعايير الصناعية.
- تحديد فرص توفير التكاليف وتحسين الكفاءة في عمليات المرافق.
- التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية والمقاولين والموردين لتنسيق المشاريع المتعلقة بالمرافق.
- الاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ في المرافق وحل المشكلات في الوقت المناسب.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة الكهربائية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في إدارة المرافق أو دور مماثل.
- معرفة بأنظمة المباني وأفضل ممارسات الصيانة.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والتحليل.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وتحديد أولويات المهام بفعالية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.
- إجادة التحدث باللغة العربية والإنجليزية بطلاقة.
- الكفاءة في استخدام التطبيقات الحاسوبية المتعلقة بإدارة المرافق.
- معرفة لوائح السلامة ومعايير الامتثال.

Awtad is currently seeking a skilled Facility Engineer to join our team. As a Facility Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, operation, and improvement of our facilities. Your role will involve performing inspections, troubleshooting equipment issues, coordinating repairs and maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and functionality of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance and repair needs
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair activities, including routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the ongoing reliability and safety of our facilities
- Create and maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in facility operations
- Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to coordinate facility-related projects
- Respond to facility emergencies and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in facility management or a similar role
- Knowledge of building systems and maintenance best practices
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in speaking both Arabic and English
- Proficiency in computer applications related to facility management
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
