تسعى شركة Awtad، إحدى شركات التطوير العقاري الرائدة في المملكة العربية السعودية، إلى توظيف مصمم داخلي/معماري مبدع وشغوف للانضمام إلى فريقها الديناميكي في مدينة الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التعاون مع العملاء لفهم رؤيتهم ومتطلباتهم لمختلف المشاريع
- تطوير وتقديم مفاهيم التصميم والرسومات الأولية والتصورات ثلاثية الأبعاد للمشاريع المعمارية والداخلية
- إعداد الرسومات التفصيلية والمواصفات والوثائق اللازمة للبناء
- اختيار المواد والتشطيبات والأثاث والتجهيزات التي تتناسب مع مفاهيم التصميم وتقديم حلول فعالة من حيث التكلفة
- الإشراف على تنفيذ مشاريع التصميم مع ضمان الجودة والالتزام بالجداول الزمنية
- التنسيق مع المقاولين والموردين خلال مرحلتي التصميم والبناء
- الاطلاع المستمر على أحدث اتجاهات التصميم والمواد المبتكرة والتقنيات في المجال
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو التصميم الداخلي أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في التصميم المعماري والداخلي
- خبرة متقدمة في برامج التصميم مثل AutoCAD و SketchUp و Revit و 3D Max ومجموعة Adobe Creative Suite
- فهم قوي لرموز البناء واللوائح ومعايير التصميم
- مهارات إبداعية وفنية ممتازة مع اهتمام شديد بالتفاصيل
- مهارات اتصال وعرض تقديمي متميزة
- القدرة على إدارة مشاريع متعددة والمواعيد النهائية بفعالية
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية تفضل

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for various projects
- Develop and present design concepts, sketches, and renderings for architectural and interior projects
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that align with design concepts and provide cost-effective solutions
- Oversee the implementation of design projects, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers throughout the design and construction phases
- Stay updated with design trends, innovative materials, and technologies in the industry
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in architectural and interior design
- Expertise in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, and the Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and design standards
- Excellent creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
