تسعى WSP في الشرق الأوسط إلى تعيين مدير مشارك - الطيران ليكون مقره في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. سيدعم هذا الدور مدير الطيران في قيادة النمو الاستراتيجي والتميز التشغيلي وتسليم المشاريع في جميع أنحاء المملكة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم مدير الطيران في قيادة النمو الاستراتيجي وتحديد موقع قطاع الطيران في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- المساهمة في التخطيط القطاعي وتحليل السوق وتحديد الفرص الجديدة في مجال الطيران.
- المساعدة في صياغة استراتيجية القطاع بما يتوافق مع الأولويات الإقليمية واحتياجات العملاء وأهداف WSP.
- دعم والمشاركة في أنشطة تطوير الأعمال، بما في ذلك المتابعات والعروض والعروض التقديمية للعملاء.
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء الرئيسيين والجهات المعنية وأصحاب المصلحة في قطاع الطيران.
- تقديم المدخلات العليا في المقترحات واستراتيجيات الرسوم والتحديد الفني.
- توفير الإشراف والمدخلات الاستراتيجية على مشاريع الطيران الرئيسية المختارة لضمان التميز في التسليم.
- ضمان تلبية المشاريع لمتطلبات الجودة والسلامة والامتثال والتعاقدية.
- دعم فرق المشروع في إدارة المخاطر وحل المشكلات وتحقيق أهداف البرنامج.
- تعزيز أفضل الممارسات والابتكار والتحسين المستمر في برامج الطيران.
- دعم تطوير القدرات القطاعية، بما في ذلك توجيه كبار الموظفين وتطوير المواهب.
- المساهمة في تبادل المعرفة والدروس المستفادة والقيادة الفنية داخل مجتمع الطيران.
- ضمان التوافق مع الحوكمة الداخلية والإجراءات التشغيلية وتوقعات العملاء.
- دعم مراجعات الضمان والفحوصات المستقلة واتخاذ القرارات على المستوى العليا عند الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو العمارة أو الطيران أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- يفضل وجود درجة الماجستير أو الزمالة المهنية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في قطاع الطيران أو البنية التحتية، مع تعرض كبير لبرامج الطيران واسعة النطاق.
- خبرة مثبتة في العمل أو العمل على المستوى القيادي العليا (مدير مشارك / مدير / مدير أول).
- خبرة قوية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط، ويفضل المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم قوي لعملاء قطاع الطيران ونماذج التسليم والبيئات التنظيمية.
- قدرة مثبتة على إدارة أصحاب المصلحة العليا وعلاقات العملاء.
- وعي تجاري مع خبرة في دعم العروض والتفاوض والمساعي الاستراتيجية.
- مهارات قوية في القيادة والتواصل واتخاذ القرارات.

Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Sector Support
- Support the Aviation Director in driving the strategic growth and positioning of the aviation sector in KSA.
- Contribute to sector planning, market analysis, and identification of new aviation opportunities.
- Assist in shaping sector strategy in line with regional priorities, client needs, and WSP objectives.
- Support and contribute to business development activities, including pursuits, bids, and client presentations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key aviation clients, authorities, and stakeholders.
- Provide senior input into proposals, fee strategies, and technical positioning.
- Provide oversight and strategic input on select major aviation projects, ensuring delivery excellence.
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, compliance, and contractual requirements.
- Support project teams in managing risks, resolving issues, and achieving programme objectives.
- Promote best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement across aviation programmes.
- Support development of sector capability, including mentoring of senior staff and talent development.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, lessons learned, and technical leadership within the aviation community.
- Ensure alignment with internal governance, operational procedures, and client expectations.
- Support assurance reviews, independent checks, and senior-level decision making where required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Aviation, or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree or professional chartership is desirable.
- 15+ years’ experience in the aviation or infrastructure sector, with significant exposure to large-scale aviation programmes.
- Proven experience supporting or operating at senior leadership level (Associate Director / Director / Senior Manager).
- Strong Middle East experience, preferably Saudi Arabia (KSA).
- Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of aviation sector clients, delivery models, and regulatory environments.
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and client relationships.
- Commercial awareness with experience supporting bids, negotiations, and strategic pursuits.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
