تعلن شركة Sofitel (إحدى علامات مجموعة Accor العالمية) عن توفر وظيفة مشغل كاميرات مراقبة (CCTV Operator) في منطقة مكة المكرمة، ويشترط أن يكون المتقدم سعودي الجنسية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مراقبة كاميرات CCTV وأنظمة المراقبة عبر جميع المناطق المخصصة في الفندق.
  • الحفاظ على مراقبة مستمرة لمناطق الضيوف والمداخل والمخارج والمناطق الخلفية ومواقف السيارات والمواقع الحساسة الأخرى.
  • تحديد أي أنشطة مشبوهة أو غير معتادة أو غير مصرح بها والإبلاغ عنها لمشرف الأمن أو إدارة الأمن.
  • الاستجابة الفورية للحوادث الأمنية وحالات الطوارئ التي تُلاحظ عبر نظام CCTV.
  • تسجيل والاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة للحوادث والملاحظات والأنشطة المتعلقة بالأمن.
  • مراجعة واسترجاع تسجيلات CCTV عند الطلب للتحقيقات أو متابعة الحوادث.
  • ضمان التعامل مع تسجيلات CCTV والمعلومات ذات الصلة بسرية وأمان.
  • التنسيق مع أقسام الأمن والاستقبال والهندسة والإدارات الأخرى ذات العلاقة عند الحاجة.
  • مراقبة نقاط الدخول والمناطق المقيّدة لضمان الامتثال لإجراءات الأمن بالفندق.
  • الإبلاغ الفوري عن أعطال المعدات أو تعطل الكاميرات أو المشكلات الفنية لمشرف الأمن وفريق الهندسة/تقنية المعلومات.
  • المساعدة في التحقيقات من خلال توفير تسجيلات CCTV والمعلومات ذات الصلة وفقًا للإجراءات المصرح بها.
  • الحفاظ على السرية المهنية فيما يخص الضيوف والزملاء والحوادث وعمليات الفندق.
  • اتباع جميع سياسات الأمن بالفندق وإجراءات الطوارئ والمتطلبات القانونية والتنظيمية المعمول بها.
  • أداء أي مهام أخرى متعلقة بالأمن والمراقبة تُسند من إدارة الأمن.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها؛ يُعتبر التدريب الإضافي في مجال الأمن ميزة إضافية.
  • خبرة سابقة كمشغل CCTV أو في دور أمني، ويفضل في بيئة فندقية أو ضيافة.
  • معرفة جيدة بأنظمة مراقبة CCTV وإجراءات المراقبة.
  • القدرة على العمل في مناوبات مرنة تشمل المناوبات الليلية (للرجال فقط) وعطل نهاية الأسبوع والعطل الرسمية.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، وتُعتبر اللغات الإضافية ميزة إضافية.
  • الخبرة السابقة تعتبر نقطة قوة (ميزة إضافية).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات حاسوبية أساسية والقدرة على تشغيل برامج مراقبة أمنية.
  • قوة الملاحظة والانتباه للتفاصيل.
  • مهارات تواصل وإبلاغ قوية.
  • القدرة على البقاء هادئًا ومركزًا أثناء حالات الطوارئ.
  • مستوى عالٍ من النزاهة والسرية والاحترافية.

Job Description

  • Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems across all designated hotel areas.
  • Maintain continuous observation of guest areas, entrances, exits, back-of-house areas, parking areas, and other sensitive locations.
  • Identify and report suspicious, unusual, or unauthorized activities to the Security Supervisor or Security Management.
  • Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies observed through the CCTV system.
  • Record and maintain accurate logs of incidents, observations, and security-related activities.
  • Review and retrieve CCTV footage when requested for investigations or incident follow-up.
  • Ensure that CCTV recordings and related information are handled confidentially and securely.
  • Coordinate with the Security, Front Office, Engineering, and other relevant departments when required.
  • Monitor access points and restricted areas to ensure compliance with hotel security procedures.
  • Immediately report equipment malfunctions, camera failures, or technical issues to the Security Supervisor and Engineering/IT team.
  • Assist in investigations by providing relevant CCTV footage and information in accordance with authorized procedures.
  • Maintain professional confidentiality regarding guests, colleagues, incidents, and hotel operations.
  • Follow all hotel security policies, emergency procedures, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform any other duties related to security and surveillance as assigned by the Security Management.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; additional security-related training is an advantage.
  • Previous experience as a CCTV Operator or in a security role, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Good knowledge of CCTV surveillance systems and monitoring procedures.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to operate security monitoring software.
  • Good observation and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and focused during emergency situations.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights( men only ) , weekends, and public holidays.

Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
