المهام والمسؤوليات
- التنسيق مع العملاء لفهم متطلبات الفعاليات الخاصة بهم.

- التواصل مع الموردين والفرق الداخلية لتأمين الموارد اللازمة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في مجال التموين أو الضيافة أو عمليات الأغذية والمشروبات مع تركيز قوي على الخدمات القائمة على الفعاليات للعملاء الخارجيين.
- معرفة بمعايير سلامة الغذاء والنظافة وأساسيات مراقبة المخزون ذات الصلة بعمليات التموين.
- القدرة على التخطيط وتنظيم الفعاليات بما في ذلك تخطيط القوائم وإدارة الخدمات اللوجستية والجدولة والإشراف الميداني.
