شركة Jacobs تبحث عن مهندس جودة (معماري) لدعم الإشراف على إنشاء مراكز بيانات فائقة الحجم والبنية التحتية الحيوية في منطقة الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ وصيانة أنظمة وإجراءات إدارة الجودة للمشاريع المعمارية.
- مراقبة امتثال المقاول لخطط جودة المشروع وخطط الفحص والاختبار وبيانات الطرق والمواصفات المعتمدة.
- إجراء عمليات التفتيش والتدقيق على الأعمال المعمارية لضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات التعاقدية والجودة.
- مراجعة المقدمات المادية والنماذج والعروض الفنية والرسومات التنفيذية والعينات للتأكد من مطابقتها لمواصفات المشروع.
- تحديد مشكلات الجودة وضمان تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية المناسبة.
- الإشراف على تفتيش الجودة للتشطيبات المعمارية وأنظمة غلاف المبنى.
- التحقق من امتثال الجدران والفواصل والأسقف والأرضيات المرتفعة وأنظمة الأسقف والعزل المائي والعزل والتجميعات المقاومة للحريق والأبواب والنوافذ وأنظمة الواجهات.
- ضمان التركيب الصحيح للبيئات النظيفة والمساحات الداعمة للمهام الحرجة حيثما ينطبق.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- الشهادات المهنية مثل ISO 9001 مدقق داخلي/رئيسي، CQE، PMP أو ما يعادلها مفضلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8-10 سنوات في ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة في مشاريع البناء.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات مباشرة في مراكز البيانات فائقة الحجم، مراكز البيانات من المستوى III/IV، المنشآت الحرجة، أو المشاريع الصناعية عالية التقنية.
- خبرة مثبتة في فحص التشطيبات المعمارية وأنظمة غلاف المبنى والعزل المائي وأنظمة الأسقف والبيئات النظيفة والتجميعات المقاومة للحريق.
- يفضل خبرة في بيئات استشارات الإشراف على البناء.

Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Quality Control
- Implement and maintain project quality management systems and procedures for architectural works.
- Monitor contractor compliance with Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and approved specifications.
- Conduct inspections and audits of architectural works to ensure compliance with contractual and quality requirements.
- Review material submittals, mock-ups, technical submissions, shop drawings, and samples for compliance with project specifications.
- Identify quality issues and ensure appropriate corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Supervise quality inspections for architectural finishes and building envelope systems.
- Verify compliance of walls, partitions, ceilings, raised access flooring, roofing systems, waterproofing, insulation, fire-rated assemblies, doors, windows, and façade systems.
- Ensure proper installation of clean-room environments and mission-critical support spaces where applicable.
- Review installation of firestopping systems and ensure compliance with fire and life safety requirements.
- Monitor workmanship standards and ensure construction activities meet client expectations and approved quality standards.
- Ensure quality compliance for data halls, control rooms, electrical rooms, network rooms, battery rooms, generator buildings, administration buildings, security facilities, and utility structures.
- Verify quality of architectural works supporting operational resilience and mission-critical facility requirements.
- Monitor interfaces between architectural, structural, MEP, and ICT disciplines to prevent quality defects and coordination issues.
- Ensure architectural works support commissioning and operational readiness requirements.
- Conduct surveillance inspections, snagging inspections, and final acceptance inspections.
- Review NCRs, site observations, quality reports, and corrective action plans.
- Monitor punch-list closure and handover documentation.
- Support preparation of quality dashboards and project quality reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, inspectors, commissioning teams, and client representatives.
- Participate in progress meetings, technical workshops, and quality review sessions.
- Assist the Quality Manager in achieving project quality objectives.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering or related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as ISO 9001 Internal Auditor/Lead Auditor, CQE, PMP, or equivalent are preferred.
- Minimum 8-10years of experience in quality assurance and quality control within construction projects.
- Minimum 3-5 years of direct experience on Hyperscale Data Centers, Tier III/Tier IV Data Centers, Mission-Critical Facilities, or High-Tech Industrial Projects.
- Proven experience inspecting architectural finishes, building envelope systems, waterproofing, roofing systems, clean-room environments, and fire-rated assemblies.
- Experience in construction supervision consultancy environments is preferred.
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and construction quality procedures.
