المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء الحسابات والتحليلات والمهام التصميمية الهندسية المدنية الأساسية.
- المساعدة في إعداد الكميات التقديرية، والتقديرات، والمسوحات، والوثائق الهندسية.
- دعم إعداد المواصفات، وصحائف البيانات، وطلبات المواد، ووثائق البناء.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية من جامعة معترف بها.
- 0-2 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة؛ الخريجون الجدد مدعوون للتقديم.
- فهم أساسي لمبادئ وأساليب وممارسات الهندسة المدنية.
- الإلمام ببرامج CAD والبرامج الهندسية القياسية.
- القدرة على إجراء الحسابات الهندسية الأساسية وإعداد الوثائق الفنية.
- مهارات جيدة في التواصل والقدرة على العمل بفعالية ضمن فريق متعدد التخصصات.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم أساسي لمبادئ وأساليب وممارسات الهندسة المدنية.
- الإلمام ببرامج CAD والبرامج الهندسية القياسية.
- القدرة على إجراء الحسابات الهندسية الأساسية وإعداد الوثائق الفنية.
- مهارات جيدة في التواصل والقدرة على العمل بفعالية ضمن فريق متعدد التخصصات.
- مهارات إضافية مرغوبة: الإلمام بمشاريع التصميم والبناء المدني، ومعرفة الرسومات الهندسية والمواصفات والكميات التقديرية، ومهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات جيدة، والرغبة في التعلم والتطور تحت إرشاد المهندسين ذوي الخبرة، والقدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة متعددة التخصصات قائمة على المشاريع.

Job Description
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Fresh Civil Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will support engineering and design activities while developing your technical skills through hands-on project experience and guidance from senior engineers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform basic civil engineering calculations, analyses, and design assignments.
- Assist in preparing quantity takeoffs, estimates, surveys, and engineering documentation.
- Support the preparation of specifications, data sheets, material requisitions, and construction documents.
- Assist senior engineers in reviewing drawings, technical submittals, and technical bid analyses.
- Coordinate with CAD Designers/Drafters and other engineering disciplines.
- Support project activities related to design, procurement, project controls, and construction.
- Perform other engineering duties as required by the project.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of civil engineering principles, methods, and practices.
- Familiarity with CAD and standard engineering software.
- Ability to perform basic engineering calculations and prepare technical documentation.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Exposure to civil engineering design and construction projects.
- Familiarity with engineering drawings, specifications, and quantity takeoffs.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop under the guidance of experienced engineers.
- Ability to work effectively in a project-based, multidisciplinary environment.
