شركة AtkinsRéalis تبحث عن فني HVAC مؤهل للعمل في المدينة المدينة السعودية، للقيام بتركيب وتشغيل وصيانة وإصلاح أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء في المنشآت السكنية والتجارية والصناعية، مع ضمان كفاءة وسلامة الأنظمة وفقاً للمواصفات والمعايير المعتمدة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تركيب واختبار وتشغيل وصيانة وإصلاح أنظمة HVAC بما في ذلك المبردات، ووحدات مناولة الهواء (AHUs)، ووحدات لفائف المروحة (FCUs)، ووحدات التمدد المباشر (DX)، وأنظمة VRF/VRV.
  • تركيب وصيانة الوحدات المنفصلة والمجمعة، وأنظمة العادم والهواء النقي.
  • تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية وفقاً للجداول الزمنية.
  • تشخيص الأعطال في الأنظمة واستكشاف المشكلات الميكانيكية والكهربائية والتحكمية وإصلاحها.
  • قراءة وتفسير المخططات والرسومات التخطيطية والأدلة الفنية.
  • ضمان إجراء شحن المبردات واختبار الضغط والتفريغ والكشف عن التسرب بالطريقة الصحيحة.
  • مراقبة أداء النظام وتقديم توصيات لتحسين الكفاءة.
  • ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) واللوائح المحلية ومتطلبات الجودة للمشروع.
  • الحفاظ على تقارير الخدمة وسجلات الصيانة والتوثيق.
  • التنسيق مع المشرفين والمهندسين والمهن الأخرى حسب الحاجة.
  • الاستجابة للأعطال الطارئة عند الحاجة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم أو معهد فني صناعي (ITI) في HVAC أو الهندسة الميكانيكية أو التبريد وتكييف الهواء أو ما يعادلها.
  • خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3-7 سنوات في مجال HVAC (في المشاريع أو المرافق).
  • معرفة قوية بأنظمة HVAC الميكانيكية والكهربائية والتحكمية.
  • خبرة سابقة في مشاريع دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي أو الإمارات العربية المتحدة مفضلة.
  • الإلمام بالمعايير الدولية مثل ASHRAE وSMACNA وCIBSE (مفضل).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • تركيب أنظمة HVAC واختبارها وتشغيلها.
  • الصيانة الوقائية والصيانة عند الأعطال.
  • تشخيص الأعطال واستكشاف المشكلات.
  • معرفة أنواع المبردات وإجراءات التعامل معها.
  • القدرة على العمل من المخططات وبيانات الطرق التنفيذية (method statements).
  • معرفة أساسية بالدوائر الكهربائية ولوحات التحكم.
  • مهارات جيدة في التواصل والعمل الجماعي.

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to install, operate, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential, commercial, or industrial facilities. The role ensures HVAC systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.

Your role

  • Install, test, commission, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including:
    • Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, DX units, VRF/VRV systems.
    • Split & packaged units, exhaust/fresh air systems.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedules.
  • Diagnose system faults and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues.
  • Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Ensure refrigerant charging, pressure testing, vacuuming, and leak detection are conducted properly.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards, local codes, and project quality requirements.
  • Maintain service reports, maintenance logs, and records.
  • Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other trades as required.
  • Respond to emergency breakdowns when required.
About You

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma/ITI in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-7 years of hands-on HVAC experience (project/facilities-based).
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
  • Experience in GCC/UAE projects preferred.
  • Familiar with international standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, CIBSE - preferred).

  • Knowledge of refrigerants and handling procedures.
