شركة AtkinsRéalis، إحدى الشركات الرائدة في مجال الخدمات الهندسية والنووية، تعلن عن حاجتها لشغل وظيفة فني كهرباء (Electrical Technician) في المدينة، السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- يقوم فني الكهرباء بتركيب وصيانة واستكشاف الأعطال وإصلاح الأنظمة الكهربائية والمعدات والأسلاك في الأماكن السكنية أو التجارية أو الصناعية، مع ضمان عمل الأنظمة بأمان وكفاءة وفقاً للقوانين الكهربائية ومعايير السلامة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- القيام بأنشطة الصيانة التفاعلية والوقائية (PPM) لأنظمة الجهد المنخفض والمتوسط، الأنظمة منخفضة التيار، ولوحات التحكم.
- تقديم الاستجابة الأولى للأعطال والتفاعل مع المشرف المباشر يومياً.
- ضمان الامتثال لعقود الصيانة مع BEC والعميل.
- تركيب وصيانة وإصلاح الأنظمة الكهربائية بما في ذلك الأسلاك والإضاءة وتوزيع الطاقة وأنظمة التحكم في المنشآت التجارية والصناعية.
- إجراء عمليات تفتيش منتظمة ومهام الصيانة الوقائية لتحديد المشكلات المحتملة وضمان الأداء الأمثل للأنظمة الكهربائية.
- تشخيص وإصلاح الأعطال الكهربائية في الأنظمة والمعدات مثل لوحات FACP، نظام BMS، نظام UPS، نظام PAVA، محركات المراوح، المضخات، لوحات التحكم، لوحات الإضاءة، لوحات التوزيع، القواطع الكهربائية وتركيبات الإضاءة.
- تنظيف وصيانة المكونات الكهربائية بشكل دوري لضمان النظافة والكفاءة.
- التعاون مع أعضاء الفريق الآخرين لتنسيق وترتيب أولويات مهام الصيانة وضمان إنجاز أوامر العمل في الوقت المحدد.
- توثيق جميع أنشطة الصيانة والإصلاح بما في ذلك حالة المعدات والعمل المنجز والقطع المستخدمة في سجلات الصيانة والتقارير.
- أداء المهام الأخرى المكلف بها حسب الطلب.
- تحت إشراف عام، تشخيص وإصلاح أعطال النظام التي تتطلب معرفة تقنية محددة ومؤهلات مناسبة، مع فهم متطلبات الوقت والمواد.
- طلب التوضيح والدعم الفني عند الحاجة ورفع القضايا المناسبة.
- البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث اتجاهات الصناعة والتقنيات وأفضل الممارسات المتعلقة بالأنظمة الكهربائية.
- الامتثال لجميع بروتوكولات السلامة واللوائح والسياسات الخاصة بالشركة أثناء أداء مهام الصيانة.
- الإلمام بالقوانين الكهربائية والمعايير واللوائح.
- تقديم التوجيه والدعم للفنيين المبتدئين حسب الحاجة.
- امتلاك معرفة بأنظمة أتمتة المباني والضوابط.
- متابعة المشرف لإغلاق الأنشطة/الأحداث في الوقت المحدد.
- الاستجابة السريعة لطلبات الخدمة والمكالمات الطارئة لضمان تقليل وقت التوقف واضطراب العمليات.
- المساعدة في تركيب وتشغيل الأنظمة والمعدات الكهربائية الجديدة عند الحاجة.
- ضمان أن جميع الأعمال تتم وفقاً للقوانين والمعايير ولوائح السلامة ذات الصلة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها؛ الشهادة التقنية أو دبلوم كهرباء (ITI/Diploma) مفضل.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كفني كهرباء في بيئات سكنية أو تجارية أو صناعية.
- رخصة كهرباء سارية المفعول (إذا تطلبها اللوائح المحلية).
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بالأنظمة الكهربائية والدوائر والأسلاك وإجراءات السلامة.
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الكهربائية والمخططات والخرائط.
- مهارة في تشخيص وإصلاح الأعطال الكهربائية وأعطال المعدات.
- الإلمام بالقوانين الكهربائية المحلية واللوائح والمعايير الصناعية.
- القدرة على استخدام أجهزة الاختبار والتشخيص الكهربائية.
- مهارات جيدة في حل المشكلات واستكشاف الأعطال.
- اللياقة البدنية للعمل في بيئات مختلفة بما في ذلك المرتفعات والأماكن الضيقة.

Your role
- The Electrician is responsible for reactive and PPM activities for LV/MV systems, Low current systems, and control panels; providing first response; interacting with the reporting supervisor daily; and ensuring compliance with BEC and Client Contractual FMA & FMR.
- Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, power distribution, and control systems in commercial and industrial facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to identify potential issues and ensure the optimal performance of electrical systems.
- Diagnose and repair electrical malfunctions in systems and equipment, such as FACP Panels, BMS System, UPS System, PAVA System, Fan motors, Pumps, Control panels, Lighting Panels,
- Distribution Panels, Circuit breakers and lighting fixtures.
- Perform routine cleaning and servicing of electrical components to ensure cleanliness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion of work orders.
- Document all maintenance and repair activities, including equipment status, work performed, and parts used, in maintenance logs and reports.
- Perform other assigned tasks as requested.
- Under general supervision, diagnose and repair system malfunctions requiring specific technical knowledge and relevant qualifications, understanding time and material requirements.
- Seek clarification and technical support when needed and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to electrical systems.
- Comply with all safety protocols, regulations, and company policies while performing maintenance tasks.
- Be familiar with electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to junior technicians as needed.
- Possess knowledge of building automation systems and controls.
- Follow up with the supervisor to close activities/events on time.
- Respond promptly to service requests and emergency callouts, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to facility operations.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electrical systems and equipment as required.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or ITI/Diploma in Electrical preferred.
- 5+ experience as an electrician in residential, commercial, or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, wiring, and safety procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Skilled in diagnosing and repairing electrical faults and equipment failures.
- Familiarity with local electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Ability to use electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Physical fitness to work in various environments, including heights and confined spaces.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
- Valid electrician license/certification (if required by local regulations).
