شركة Parsons Corporation تعلن عن توفر وظيفة Structural Engineer (Design Services) في الرياض.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مراجعة معايير المشروع والمواصفات والرسومات والمستندات الفنية لضمان التوافق مع أهداف المشروع ومتطلباته.
  • مراجعة طلبات التصميم والبناء والرسومات والحسابات وتقارير التصميم وأدلة التشغيل والمستندات الفنية لضمان الامتثال لمواصفات العميل ومعايير المشروع.
  • مراجعة مستندات المقاول من الباطن بما في ذلك المواد ومنهجيات البناء ومستندات التأهيل المسبق للمقاولين من الباطن والمستندات الفنية ذات الصلة.
  • دعم مهندس مدني أول وكبار المهندسين الإنشائيين في إعداد ومراجعة وتوحيد التقارير الفنية والتحقيقات وتحليلات الأسباب الجذرية وتقارير الحالة الهندسية.
  • المساعدة في الحفاظ على ميزانيات المشروع وجداوله الزمنية والامتثال لنطاق العمل المعتمد.
  • تقديم الدعم الهندسي الإنشائي للفرق متعددة التخصصات بما في ذلك تخصصات العمارة والميكانيكا والكهرباء والسباكة ومراقبة المشروع.
  • التنسيق مع العملاء والمقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن لضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد لأنشطة التصميم والهندسة.
  • حضور عمليات الفحص والاختبار وقبول الأنشطة حسب الحاجة والإشراف عليها.
  • مراجعة طلبات المعلومات (RFIs) المتعلقة بالمسائل الهندسية الإنشائية والرد عليها.
  • تقديم الدعم الفني لمواقع البناء والمساعدة في حل المشكلات المتعلقة بالتصميم.
  • تحديد التناقضات وتقييم التحديات الفنية والتوصية بحلول هندسية عملية.
  • المشاركة في اجتماعات السلامة ومراجعة عروض توضيحية لتركيب المواد وأنظمة البناء المقترحة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو البناء أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في التصميم الهندسي والبناء.
  • خبرة مثبتة في تصميم وتسليم مشاريع البنية التحتية المدنية الثقيلة أو الكبرى.
  • فهم قوي لمبادئ الهندسة الجيوتقنية وتصميم الأساسات.
  • معرفة متعمقة بالميكانيكا الإنشائية وممارسات التصميم الهندسي الإنشائي.
  • خبرة في استخدام برامج التحليل والتصميم الإنشائي مثل ETABS وSAFE وSTAAD.Pro وRevit وCAD وWALLAP وOasys Slope وTEDDS وSuperSTRESS وFEM أو منصات مماثلة.
  • معرفة تقنية قوية ببرامج التصميم الهندسي وأفضل الممارسات الصناعية.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التحليل وحل المشكلات والتنسيق.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة في مشاريع السكك الحديدية أو المترو أو النقل العام أو البنية التحتية للنقل.
  • خبرة سابقة في العمل في المملكة العربية السعودية أو منطقة الخليج.
  • الإلمام بكود البناء السعودي والمتطلبات التنظيمية المحلية.
  • خبرة في استخدام AutoCAD وبرامج التصميم ذات الصلة.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Structural Specialist (Design Services) to join our team!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Review project standards, specifications, drawings, and technical documents to ensure alignment with project objectives and requirements.
  • Review design-build submissions, drawings, calculations, design reports, operating manuals, and technical documents to ensure compliance with client specifications and project standards.
  • Review contractor submittals, including materials, construction methodologies, subcontractor prequalification documents, and related technical submissions.
  • Support the Lead Civil Engineer and Senior Structural Engineers in preparing, reviewing, and consolidating technical reports, investigations, root cause analyses, and engineering status reports.
  • Assist in maintaining project budgets, schedules, and compliance with the approved scope of work.
  • Provide structural engineering support to multidisciplinary teams, including architectural, MEP, and project controls disciplines.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of design and engineering activities.
  • Attend and witness inspections, testing, and acceptance activities as required.
  • Review and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) related to structural engineering matters.
  • Provide technical support to construction sites and assist in resolving design-related issues.
  • Identify discrepancies, evaluate technical challenges, and recommend practical engineering solutions.
  • Participate in safety meetings and review installation demonstrations of proposed materials and construction systems.


What Required Skills You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in engineering design and construction.
  • Proven experience in the design and delivery of major heavy civil or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of geotechnical engineering principles and foundation design.
  • In-depth knowledge of structural mechanics and structural engineering design practices.
  • Experience using structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Pro, Revit, CAD, WALLAP, Oasys Slope, TEDDS, SuperSTRESS, FEM, or similar platforms.
  • Strong technical knowledge of engineering design software and industry best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.


What Desired Skills You’ll Bring

  • Experience in rail, metro, transit, or transportation infrastructure projects.
  • Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
  • Familiarity with Saudi Building Codes and local regulatory requirements.
  • Experience using AutoCAD and related design software.
