تعلن شركة AtkinsRéalis عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لفني HVAC متخصص في أنظمة LG VRF و FAHU، للعمل في المدينة المنورة، السعودية. سيتولى المرشح مسؤولية تركيب وتشغيل وصيانة وإصلاح أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء في المنشآت السكنية والتجارية والصناعية، مع ضمان الكفاءة والسلامة والامتثال للمواصفات والمعايير.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تركيب واختبار وتشغيل وصيانة وإصلاح أنظمة HVAC بما في ذلك وحدات التبريد (Chillers)، وحدات مناولة الهواء (AHUs)، وحدات المروحة (FCUs)، وحدات التمدد المباشر (DX)، أنظمة VRF/VRV، الوحدات المنفصلة والمجمعة، وأنظمة العادم والهواء النقي.
  • تنفيذ الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية وفقاً للجداول المقررة.
  • تشخيص أعطال النظام ومعالجة المشكلات الميكانيكية والكهربائية والتحكمية.
  • قراءة وتفسير الرسومات والمخططات والأدلة الفنية.
  • ضمان تنفيذ عمليات شحن المبردات واختبار الضغط والتفريغ وكشف التسرب بشكل صحيح.
  • مراقبة أداء النظام وتقديم توصيات لتحسين الكفاءة.
  • الامتثال لمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) واللوائح المحلية ومتطلبات الجودة للمشروع.
  • إعداد تقارير الصيانة وسجلات الخدمة والملاحظات.
  • التنسيق مع المشرفين والمهندسين والمقاولين الآخرين حسب الحاجة.
  • الاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ والأعطال المفاجئة عند الحاجة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم أو ITI في تخصص HVAC أو الهندسة الميكانيكية أو التبريد وتكييف الهواء أو ما يعادله.
  • خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات ولا تزيد عن 7 سنوات في مجال HVAC (مشاريع أو مرافق).
  • معرفة قوية بأنظمة HVAC الميكانيكية والكهربائية والتحكمية.
  • يفضل خبرة سابقة في مشاريع دول الخليج أو الإمارات.
  • الإلمام بالمعايير الدولية مثل ASHRAE و SMACNA و CIBSE (مفضّل).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • تركيب واختبار وتشغيل أنظمة HVAC.
  • الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية للأعطال.
  • تشخيص الأعطال وإصلاحها.
  • معرفة أنواع المبردات وإجراءات التعامل معها.
  • القدرة على العمل باستخدام الرسومات وبيانات الطرق (method statements).
  • معرفة أساسيات الكهرباء ولوحات التحكم.
  • مهارات تواصل جيدة والعمل ضمن فريق.

Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to install, operate, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential, commercial, or industrial facilities. The role ensures HVAC systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.

Your role

  • Install, test, commission, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including:
    • Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, DX units, VRF/VRV systems
    • Split & packaged units, exhaust/fresh air systems
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedules.
  • Diagnose system faults and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues.
  • Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Ensure refrigerant charging, pressure testing, vacuuming, and leak detection are conducted properly.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards, local codes, and project quality requirements.
  • Maintain service reports, maintenance logs, and records.
  • Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other trades as required.
  • Respond to emergency breakdowns when required.
About You

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma/ITI in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-7 years of hands-on HVAC experience (project/facilities-based).
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
  • Experience in GCC/UAE projects preferred.
  • Familiar with international standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, CIBSE - preferred).

  • HVAC installation, testing & commissioning.
  • Preventive & breakdown maintenance.
  • Fault diagnosis & troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of refrigerants and handling procedures.
  • Ability to work from drawings and method statements.
