مستشفى الملك فيصل التخصصي ومركز الأبحاث بالرياض يعلن عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي علاج ترفيهي أول (Senior Recreation Therapist).
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تخطيط وتنفيذ وتقييم برنامج علاج ترفيهي يلبي احتياجات المرضى الأطفال في المستشفى، مع التشاور مع أعضاء الفريق الصحي الآخرين حول الاحتياجات العاطفية والنمائية للمرضى الأطفال.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقييم المرضى الأطفال من حيث احتياجاتهم النمائية والجسدية والعاطفية لتوفير أنشطة مناسبة لجميع المستويات النمائية بما في ذلك فرص التفاعل الاجتماعي.
- تقييم المرضى الأطفال المقيمين من حيث حالتهم التعليمية وإبلاغ أولياء الأمور ببرنامج التعليم الداخلي، وتسجيل المرضى في البرنامج حسب الحاجة.
- اختيار وصيانة المعدات والألعاب والمواد التعليمية للبرنامج الترفيهي، والتنسيق مع الأنشطة والبرامج في غرفة اللعب بما في ذلك أداء المجموعات الخارجية التي تقدم الترفيه.
- جولات يومية في أجنحة المرضى، وتشجيع الأطفال على المشاركة في الأنشطة الترفيهية، وتقديم أنشطة ترفيهية فردية للمرضى طريحي الفراش والموجودين في العزل إذا كان مسموحاً طبياً.
- العمل مع أعضاء الفريق الصحي الآخرين لتقييم ومراقبة المرضى وعائلاتهم.
- تقييم احتياجات التوعية الأبوية لتوفير أنشطة مناسبة للطفل، وتقديم الإرشاد حسب الحاجة.
- المساعدة في تدريب أخصائيي العلاج الترفيهي والمشاركة فيه، وتقديم الملاحظات للمشرف بقسم الخدمة الاجتماعية حول أدائهم، والإشراف على المتطوعين والطلاب المشاركين في برنامج العلاج الترفيهي.
- المسؤولية عن إحصائيات وتقارير غرفة اللعب.
- تخطيط وتنظيم احتفالات جميع الأعياد الوطنية والمناسبات الدولية ذات الصلة، والمشاركة في حملات التوعية الصحية.
- ضمان توفر الألعاب ومواد الأنشطة الترفيهية في جميع الأوقات.
- اتباع جميع السياسات والإجراءات ذات الصلة في المستشفى.
- المشاركة في تعليم وتدريب وتطوير النفس والآخرين حسب الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة الماجستير أو البكالوريوس في تربية ما قبل المدرسة، التربية الخاصة، علم نفس الطفل، الخدمة الاجتماعية، أو أي تخصص آخر ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة مع درجة الماجستير، أو ثلاث سنوات مع درجة البكالوريوس.
- يشترط أن يكون المتقدم سعودي الجنسية.

Summary
Plans, implements and evaluates a therapeutic recreational programmed to meet the needs of hospitalized Pediatric patients. Consults with other health team members regarding emotional and developmental needs of hospitalized pediatric patients.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
1. Assesses paediatric patients in terms of their developmental, physical and emotional needs to provide appropriate activities for all developmental levels including opportunities for social interaction.
2. Assess paediatric inpatients in term of their education status and inform the parents of the in-house education programme. Enrols patients in the programme as applicable.
3. Selects and maintains equipment, toys and educational material for the recreation programme. Coordinates activities and programmes for the playroom including the performance of outside groups providing entertainment.
4. Make daily rounds in the patient’s wards, encourages paediatric patients to participate in recreational activities and provide One on One recreational activities to bedridden patients and patients on isolation statues if medically permissible
5. Works with other health team members regarding assessment and observation of patients and families.
6. Assesses needs for parental teaching in providing appropriate activities for the child. Provides guidance as necessary.
7. Assists with, and participate in, training of Recreation Therapists and provides input to Supervisor, Social Work, regarding their performance. Supervises volunteers and students involved in the Recreation Therapy Programme.
8. Responsible for playroom statistics and reports
. 9. Plans and organize the celebration of all national holidays and relevant international events. Participate in health awareness campaigns.
10. Ensure availability of toys and recreational activity items at all times
11. Follows all Hospital’s related Policies and Procedures.
12. Participates in self and others' education, training and development, as applicable.
Education
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Pre-School Education, Special Education, Child Psychology, Social work or other related discipline is required.
Experience Required
One (1) year of related experience with Master’s ,or three (3) years with Bachelor’s is required.
Other Requirements(Certificates)
Saudi Nationals only.
