شركة بارسونز تبحث عن مهندس شبكات للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم التشغيل المستمر والصيانة والإدارة لخوادم بارسونز iNET والبنية التحتية للشبكات المرتبطة ببرنامج RCRC المرحلة الثانية.
- التنسيق المباشر مع فرق تقنية المعلومات والأمن السيبراني في RCRC لدعم الامتثال لمتطلبات التشغيل والأمن والبنية التحتية المعمول بها.
- إدارة ودعم بيئات الخوادم القائمة على Ubuntu/Linux بما في ذلك إدارة التحديثات وتحديثات النظام ومراقبة الخدمات وأنشطة استكشاف الأخطاء التشغيلية.
- دعم نشر وتكوين وصيانة ومراقبة اتصالات VPN بين أنظمة بارسونز وأصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين بما في ذلك هيئة الهلال الأحمر السعودي والجهات الأخرى ذات الصلة بحركة المرور في الرياض.
- دعم تنفيذ وصيانة قنوات الاتصال الآمنة وسياسات جدار الحماية وتكوينات التوجيه ومتطلبات التحكم في الوصول.
- المساعدة في تركيب وتكوين ومراقبة واستكشاف أخطاء معدات الشبكات بما في ذلك جدران الحماية وأجهزة التوجيه والمحولات والبنية التحتية ذات الصلة.
- التنسيق مع فرق ITS والتكامل في بارسونز فيما يتعلق بخدمات منصة iNET وتحديثات التطبيقات ومتطلبات الاتصال واحتياجات الدعم التشغيلي.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة الحاسوب، تقنية المعلومات، هندسة الشبكات، الأمن السيبراني، الهندسة الكهربائية أو مجال تقني ذي صلة.
- خبرة تراكمية من 5 إلى 10 سنوات في هندسة الشبكات أو الأمن السيبراني أو إدارة الخوادم أو دعم البنية التحتية للتكنولوجيا التشغيلية.
- خبرة في دعم بيئات المؤسسات أو التكنولوجيا التشغيلية التي تشمل الشبكات وجدران الحماية والأمن السيبراني والبنية التحتية للخوادم.
- خبرة في العمل مع إدارة خوادم Linux/Ubuntu بما في ذلك إدارة التحديثات وتحديثات النظام وإدارة الخدمات واستكشاف الأخطاء.
- فهم قوي لأساسيات الشبكات بما في ذلك VLANs والتوجيه والتبديل وتقنيات VPN وإدارة جدران الحماية.

- الإلمام بتقنيات Juniper و Cisco و HPE و Fortinet و Palo Alto وتقنيات المحاكاة الافتراضية والخوادم.
- خبرة في التنسيق لاسترداد الكوارث والتخطيط لمرونة التشغيل.
- الإلمام بأنظمة V2X والاتصالات التشغيلية في الوقت الفعلي وتكاملات تكنولوجيا النقل.
- يفضل خبرة في دعم بيئات التكنولوجيا التشغيلية أو البنية التحتية الحيوية للمهام.
- يفضل خبرة العمل على برامج نقل واسعة النطاق أو تنقل ذكي ضمن منطقة الخليج.
- مهارات التواصل باللغة العربية مفضلة ولكنها ليست مطلوبة.

Job Description
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Network Engineer to join our team! In this role you will support the operational technology, networking, server infrastructure, cybersecurity coordination, and systems integration activities associated with the RCRC Phase-2 Traffic Operations Program and the Parsons iNET deployment environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the ongoing operation, maintenance, and administration of Parsons iNET server and network infrastructure associated with the RCRC Phase-2 program.
- Coordinate directly with RCRC IT and Cybersecurity teams to support compliance with applicable operational, security, and infrastructure requirements.
- Manage and support Ubuntu/Linux-based server environments including patch management, system updates, service monitoring, and operational troubleshooting activities.
- Support deployment, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of VPN connectivity between Parsons systems and external stakeholders including the Saudi Red Crescent Authority (SRCA) and other Riyadh transportation-related agencies.
- Support implementation and maintenance of secure communication pathways, firewall policies, routing configurations, and access control requirements.
- Assist with installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of networking equipment including firewalls, routers, switches, and related infrastructure.
- Coordinate with Parsons ITS and integration teams regarding iNET platform services, application updates, connectivity requirements, and operational support needs.
- Participate in MDT/change management activities including migration support, rollback coordination, operational validation, and system recovery support.
- Support backup verification, disaster recovery coordination, and operational resiliency planning activities for Parsons-managed systems.
- Assist with cybersecurity compliance coordination including vulnerability management, security hardening activities, access governance, and audit support.
- Monitor operational system health and support troubleshooting activities related to ITS integrations, communications, and operational technology infrastructure.
- Prepare technical documentation, network diagrams, operational procedures, inventory records, and support reports associated with the operational environment.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including RCRC departments, contractors, vendors, and Parsons operational teams to support integrated transportation operations activities.
- Provide general IT and networking support activities as needed to support Parsons operational delivery requirements within the RCRC Phase-2 program.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5-10 years of progressive experience in network engineering, cybersecurity, server administration, or operational technology infrastructure support.
- Experience supporting enterprise or operational technology environments involving networking, firewalls, cybersecurity, and server infrastructure.
- Experience working with Linux/Ubuntu server administration including patch management, system updates, service management, and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including VLANs, routing, switching, VPN technologies, and firewall administration.
- Experience working with enterprise firewall platforms such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity operational practices including vulnerability assessments, access control management, security hardening, and audit coordination.
- Experience supporting high-availability operational environments and coordinating with multi-disciplinary technical teams.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities in live operational environments.
- Ability to prepare technical documentation and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple operational tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience supporting ITS, transportation operations, smart city, metro, bus, or traffic management environments.
- Experience coordinating with government IT and cybersecurity organizations.
- Familiarity with Juniper, Cisco, HPE, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and virtualization/server technologies.
- Experience with disaster recovery coordination and operational resiliency planning.
- Familiarity with V2X systems, real-time operational communications, and transportation technology integrations.
- Experience supporting operational technology (OT) or mission-critical infrastructure environments preferred.
- Experience working on large-scale transportation or smart mobility programs within the Gulf Region preferred.
- Arabic communication skills are preferred but not required.
- Preferred certifications: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), Commvault Certified Professional, ITOM Associate Certification, Experience or certification in Cisco Data Center Networking technologies, Experience with Symantec NetBackup for Windows environments.
- Subject to RCRC operational and cybersecurity approval requirements.
