فندق فيرمونت - البحر الأحمر (Fairmont The Red Sea) في منطقة حائل يبحث عن سفير اللوبي (Lobby Ambassador) من الجنسية السعودية، للعمل ضمن منتجع Raffles & Fairmont the Red Sea، أحد مشاريع البحر الأحمر الطموحة التي تضم 361 غرفة و11 مطعماً ومنتجعاً صحياً.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الترحيب بالنزلاء بحفاوة واحترافية عند الوصول والمغادرة.
- العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية في اللوبي، ومساعدة النزلاء في الاستفسارات والتوجيه ومعلومات الفندق والتوصيات المحلية.
- توقع احتياجات النزلاء وتقديم خدمة مخصصة لخلق تجارب لا تُنسى.
- مرافقة كبار الشخصيات (VIPs) والنزلاء طويلي الإقامة والنزلاء ذوي المناسبات الخاصة عند الحاجة.
- التواجد المستمر في اللوبي والمناطق العامة للتفاعل الاستباقي مع النزلاء.
- مساعدة النزلاء في ترتيبات النقل وحجوزات المطاعم والطلبات الأخرى.
- دعم جهود استعادة الخدمة من خلال معالجة مخاوف النزلاء فوراً وضمان الحل في الوقت المناسب.
- الترويج لمرافق الفندق وخدماته ومطاعمه وعروض العافية والفعاليات الخاصة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو درجة جامعية - ويفضل أن تكون في مجال الضيافة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في مجال مماثل.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية.
- مهارات شخصية قوية.
- فهم عميق لمفاهيم العافية الفاخرة والتوافق مع العلامة التجارية.
- يفضل خبرة في عمليات ما قبل الافتتاح والتنسيق المشاريعي وإعداد مرافق العافية.
- القدرة على ابتكار تجارب عافية مبتكرة وذات صلة ثقافياً تتماشى مع وجهة البحر الأحمر.
- نهج استباقي وتوقعي مع شعور قوي بالمسؤولية والملكية.
- مظهر شخصي لا تشوبه شائبة واهتمام دقيق بالتفاصيل وفق معايير الفخامة.

Job Description
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival and departure.
- Act as a key point of contact in the lobby, assisting guests with inquiries, directions, hotel information, and local recommendations.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service to create memorable experiences.
- Escort VIPs, long-stay guests, and special occasion guests when required.
- Maintain a visible presence in the lobby and public areas to proactively engage with guests.
- Assist guests with transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations, and other requests.
- Support service recovery efforts by promptly addressing guest concerns and ensuring timely resolution.
- Promote hotel facilities, services, dining outlets, wellness offerings, and special events.
- Diploma and Degree from preferably hospitality or related field.
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of ultra-luxury wellness concepts and brand alignment.
- Experience in pre-opening operations, project coordination, and setup of wellness facilities is highly preferred.
- Ability to create innovative and culturally relevant wellness experiences aligned with the Red Sea destination.
- A proactive, anticipatory approach with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with luxury standards.
