المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم وصيانة البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات والأنظمة.
- تركيب وتكوين ومراقبة أجهزة الحاسوب والبرمجيات وأجهزة الشبكة لضمان تشغيل موثوق للأنظمة السريرية والإدارية.
- استكشاف المشكلات التقنية وإصلاحها وإدارة حسابات المستخدمين والأذونات.
- صيانة النسخ الاحتياطية للبيانات وإجراءات الاسترداد.
- تنفيذ ومراقبة إجراءات أمن الشبكة.
- دعم أنظمة السجلات الطبية الإلكترونية والاستجابة لطلبات تقنية المعلومات من الموظفين.
- التعاون مع الإدارة والموردين الخارجيين لتحسينات تقنية المعلومات وتحديثات النظم والمشاريع المتعلقة بالتكنولوجيا لدعم نمو المركز ومتطلبات الامتثال.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- أساس قوي في تقنية المعلومات بما في ذلك أنظمة التشغيل والأجهزة والبرمجيات.
- خبرة عملية في إدارة الشبكات وممارسات أمن الشبكات الأساسية.
- مهارات مثبتة في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها لتشخيص وحل المشكلات التقنية بكفاءة.
- توجه نحو خدمة العملاء مع القدرة على دعم الموظفين غير التقنيين والتواصل بوضوح.
- درجة البكالوريوس أو مؤهل معادل في تقنية المعلومات أو علوم الحاسب أو مجال ذي صلة.
