شركة جاكوبس (Jacobs) تبحث عن مدير نمذجة معلومات المباني (BIM Manager) للانضمام إلى فريقها في مشروع NEOM بمنطقة تبوك، المملكة العربية السعودية، لقيادة أنشطة BIM والتسليم الرقمي خلال مرحلة إنجاز وإغلاق مشروع بنية تحتية مائية رئيسي.

قيادة وظيفة نمذجة معلومات المباني (BIM) والهندسة الرقمية لمشروع بنية تحتية مائية كبير يدخل مرحلة الإغلاق. العمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق الهندسة والإنشاء ونظم المعلومات الجغرافية والتشغيل ومراقبة المشاريع لضمان أن جميع نماذج BIM ومخرجات Civil 3D ومعلومات الأصول والسجلات الرقمية تعكس الأعمال المنجزة بدقة وتفي بمتطلبات التسليم. ستركز هذه الوظيفة على إدارة النماذج كما بنيت، وضمان جودة البيانات، وتسليم معلومات الأصول، والنقل الناجح لمعلومات المشروع الرقمية إلى العميل وفرق التشغيل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة أنشطة BIM والهندسة الرقمية المرتبطة بإنجاز المشروع وتسليمه وإغلاقه.
- إدارة وصيانة نماذج BIM الموحدة، وضمان أنها تعكس ظروف "كما بنيت" بدقة عبر المشروع.
- الإشراف على تطوير ومراجعة واعتماد نماذج Civil 3D وشبكات المرافق والممرات وشبكات الأنابيب ومخرجات البنية التحتية المرتبطة بها.
- تنسيق تحديثات النماذج مع فرق الهندسة والإنشاء ونظم المعلومات الجغرافية والمسح والتشغيل لضمان التوافق مع الأعمال المنجزة.
- ضمان تلبية جميع مخرجات BIM لمعايير المشروع ومتطلبات العميل وبروتوكولات إدارة المعلومات.
- قيادة إعداد وتسليم حزم التسليم الرقمي، بما في ذلك نماذج BIM ومعلومات الأصول والبيانات الجغرافية المكانية وسجلات "كما بنيت".
- إنشاء وتنفيذ عمليات ضمان الجودة للتحقق من صحة النماذج وسلامة البيانات واكتمال المعلومات.
- إدارة سير العمل في بيئة البيانات المشتركة (CDE) وعمليات التحكم في الوثائق وحوكمة المعلومات الرقمية.
- تنسيق مراجعات التصادم في BIM وتقييمات قابلية الإنشاء وحل المشكلات القائمة على النماذج عند الحاجة أثناء أنشطة الإغلاق.
- دعم مبادرات الجاهزية التشغيلية وإدارة الأصول من خلال ضمان توفر معلومات الأصول الدقيقة والكاملة للتشغيل والصيانة طويلة الأجل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في BIM أو الهندسة الرقمية أو تنسيق التصميم في مشاريع البنية التحتية الكبرى (المرافق، المياه، النقل، الأشغال المدنية).
- درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة BIM أو الجيوماتكس أو تكنولوجيا الهندسة أو إدارة التشييد أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في تقديم BIM لمشاريع البنية التحتية واسعة النطاق بما في ذلك المياه والمرافق والأصول الخطية وشبكات الأنابيب والطرق والأشغال المدنية.
- خبرة في دعم تسليم المشاريع وإدارة المقاولين والامتثال الرقمي ومتطلبات التسليم وإدارة التغيير وتخفيف المخاطر والتنسيق متعدد التخصصات.
- يُفضل: خبرة في العمل على مشاريع مياه أو بنية تحتية رئيسية في الشرق الأوسط، مع فهم قوي لمعايير BIM ومبادئ ISO 19650 ومتطلبات إدارة معلومات الأصول.
- الالتزام بالعمل في موقع المشروع بدوام كامل وفقاً لطبيعة الوظيفة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تقنية: معرفة قوية بتسليم BIM وإدارة المعلومات وتنسيق النماذج ومتطلبات معلومات الأصول ووثائق "كما بنيت" وعمليات التسليم الرقمي.
- مهارات رقمية: إتقان متقدم لـ Autodesk Civil 3D و Autodesk Construction Cloud و Navisworks و AutoCAD و Revit و BIM Collaborate Pro ومنصات بيئة البيانات المشتركة (CDE). خبرة في التكامل مع GIS وأنظمة معلومات الأصول مرغوب فيها للغاية.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead BIM and digital engineering activities associated with project completion, handover, and close out.
- Manage and maintain federated BIM models, ensuring they accurately reflect as-built conditions across the project.
- Oversee the development, review, and approval of Civil 3D models, utility networks, corridors, pipe networks, and associated infrastructure deliverables.
- Coordinate model updates with engineering, construction, GIS, survey, and commissioning teams to ensure alignment with completed works.
- Ensure all BIM deliverables meet project standards, client requirements, and information management protocols.
- Lead the preparation and delivery of digital handover packages, including BIM models, asset information, geospatial data, and as-built records.
- Establish and implement quality assurance processes for model validation, data integrity, and information completeness.
- Manage Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows, document control processes, and digital information governance.
- Coordinate BIM clash reviews, constructability assessments, and model-based issue resolution where required during close-out activities.
- Support operational readiness and asset management initiatives by ensuring accurate and complete asset information is available for long-term operations and maintenance.
- Experience Minimum 10 years of experience in BIM, digital engineering, or design coordination roles supporting major infrastructure, utilities, water, transportation, or civil engineering projects.
- Technical Strong knowledge of BIM delivery, information management, model coordination, asset information requirements, as-built documentation, and digital project handover processes.
- Infrastructure Proven experience delivering BIM for large-scale infrastructure projects, including water, utilities, linear assets, pipeline networks, roads, and civil works.
- Digital Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Revit, BIM Collaborate Pro, and Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms. Experience with GIS integration and asset information systems is highly desirable.
- Project & Commercial Experience supporting project delivery, contractor management, digital compliance, handover requirements, change management, risk mitigation, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Behavioral Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to drive digital delivery across multiple project teams.
- Education Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, BIM Management, Geomatics, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Preferred Experience working on major water or utility infrastructure projects in the Middle East, with a strong understanding of BIM standards, ISO 19650 principles, and asset information management requirements.
