شركة Mace تعلن عن وظيفة مدير تخصص - مهندس مدني / مدير إنشاءات أول في موقع تبوك واملج بالمملكة العربية السعودية. يتولى المرشح القيادة الهندسية المدنية عبر البرنامج، مع التركيز على الأعمال تحت الهيكل، مياه الأمطار، الصرف الصحي، تخفيف الفيضانات والتنسيق الهيدروليكي، وربط التميز التقني بالتكامل الشبكي الأوسع ونجاح البرنامج.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تعزيز قيمة السلامة أولاً من خلال إظهار سلوكيات السلامة المرئية، ومشاركة الدروس المستفادة، واستخدام لحظات السلامة وإطار الصحة والسلامة والرفاهية لدعم سلامة ورفاهية جميع موظفي Mace.
- امتلاك خبرة تقنية في قواعد وأنظمة الصحة والسلامة المحلية ذات الصلة بمحفظة المشاريع.
- تعزيز بيئة عمل متنوعة وشاملة وفهم أهمية رفاهية أعضاء الفريق.
- ضمان وجود أنظمة جودة قوية وإدارتها بشكل مناسب بما يتماشى مع التميز في الخدمة.
- إدارة التسليم من بداية المشروع/الموجز، خلال تطوير التصميم والتخطيط، وشراء المقاولين ومرحلة البناء وفقاً لبرنامج التسليم العام ومراحل المشروع المتفق عليها.
- إدارة المهام والتسليمات المرتبطة بها دعماً للمدير المشارك والقادة الآخرين، إلى جانب فرق المشروع والعملاء، لضمان تسليم المشروع في الوقت المحدد وبدقة.
- إدارة ميزانيات المشروع وإبراز أي مخاطر وتحديات وتخفيفات.
- دعم التطوير طويل الأجل للوظيفة أو الوحدة التجارية، وخلق مستقبل تجاري مستدام.
- الالتزام بإحداث أثر إيجابي للأفراد والعملاء والكوكب، وتحمل مسؤولية محاسبة الآخرين الذين لا يلتزمون بقيم Mace.
- إدارة فرق التصميم والاستشاريين بطريقة تعاونية لضمان إتمام المسؤوليات بفعالية.
- قيادة وإدارة فريق المشروع وأصحاب المصلحة المعنيين لتحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية الاستراتيجية للمشروع.
- التواصل النشط والابتكار والبحث عن فهم لأفضل الممارسات، باستخدام العمق الكامل لمعرفة مجموعة Mace ومراكز التميز ومركز التحكم ومركز المعرفة.
- تقديم القيادة التقنية لتخصصات الهندسة المدنية عبر حزم التسليم المتعددة.
- مراجعة التصاميم الهندسية للتأكد من مطابقتها لمتطلبات البرنامج والمعايير المطبقة.
- قيادة المراجعات التقنية المتعلقة بالأعمال تحت الهيكل وأعمال الحفر والطرق والمرافق والهياكل وأنظمة الصرف.
- تقديم إرشادات تقنية متخصصة حول تصميم مياه الأمطار وأنظمة إدارة الفيضانات.
- تنسيق الواجهات التقنية بين التخصصات المدنية ومرافق الخدمات.
- مراجعة مقترحات الأعمال المؤقتة والدائمة.
- دعم حل مشكلات التصميم والبناء الفنية.
- إدارة أنشطة تحديد المخاطر التقنية وتخفيفها.
- مراقبة الأداء التقني والامتثال أثناء التسليم.
- العمل ضمن فريق المشروع MEP لقيادة بناء خدمات MEP وضمان الامتثال لمعايير Mace.
- المساءلة عن جوانب البناء لخدمات MEP وإدارة البيئة الموقعية والبرنامج والصحة والسلامة والرفاهية والجودة والتشغيل للمشروع.
- التواصل والتنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين في المشروع، وبناء علاقات عمل قوية مع العميل والاستشاريين ومقاولي التجارة وقادة الفرق الآخرين.
- إدارة والتحقق من مخرجات التصميم لضمان وضوح المعلومات وإمكانية تحقيقها وقابليتها للبناء وتوافقها مع الأساليب المفضلة وتوفرها لتمكين الشراء والبناء بكفاءة.
- إعداد وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التسليم والبرامج لجميع مراحل المشروع، مع ضمان مراعاة المراحل الرئيسية والواجهات والتبعيات والخدمات اللوجستية وتسلسل العمل بشكل صحيح.
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية التحكم بالأبعاد الخاصة بالمشروع، مع ضمان الالتزام وتحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للمشروع والاستراتيجية.
- إنشاء وتنفيذ متطلبات الجودة للشركة والمشروع، وضمان تطبيقها والالتزام بها لتحقيق معايير الجودة.
- إدارة والمساهمة في إنتاج معلومات ضمان الجودة، مع ضمان دمج المعايير عبر الفرق والمشاريع.
- إدارة وتوفير القيادة للفريق و/أو فريق المشروع من المديرين والمحترفين، مع ضمان توفر المعايير والهياكل والأدوات والقدرات والمسؤوليات لتنفيذ خطط الفريق/المشروع وتحقيق التميز.
- إدارة الجوانب التقنية للمشروع بما في ذلك الابتكارات والتطورات التقنية، وتحديد وتنفيذ خطط التحسين المستمر/تحديد التحسينات التجارية الرئيسية.
- تقديم إدارة الأداء والتطوير التقني والتدريب للفريق و/أو فريق المشروع.
- إدارة والتأثير على أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين/كبارهم، وبناء علاقات عمل داخلية/خارجية رئيسية. العمل بشكل تعاوني نحو الهدف المشترك للانتقال إلى صافي الصفر الكربوني ومشاركة المسؤولية عن التحديد الاستباقي وإدارة الانبعاثات الكربونية المرتبطة والتخفيضات أثناء تسليم العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة الإنشائية (أو ما يعادلها).
- مؤهل مهني من معهد المهندسين المدنيين أو معهد المهندسين الإنشائيين أو هيئة مهنية مماثلة.
- خبرة واسعة في برامج البنية التحتية الكبرى.
- معرفة قوية بتسليم البنية التحتية المدنية وأعمال تحت الهيكل.
- خبرة شاملة في تصميم مياه الأمطار وأنظمة الصرف والبنية التحتية الهيدروليكية.
- خبرة في إجراء الضمان التقني والمراجعات الهندسية.
- يفضل أن يكون مهندساً معتمداً (Chartered Engineer).
- الالتزام بالصحة والسلامة والجودة والاستدامة والعمل التعاوني.
المهارات المطلوبة

You’ll Be Responsible For

- Provide technical leadership for civil engineering disciplines across multiple delivery packages.
- Review engineering designs for compliance with programme requirements and applicable standards.
- Lead technical reviews associated with substructures, earthworks, roads, utilities, structures and drainage systems.
- Provide specialist technical guidance on stormwater design and flood management systems.
- Coordinate technical interfaces between civil and utility disciplines.
- Review temporary and permanent works proposals.
- Support the resolution of technical design and construction issues.
- Manage technical risk identification and mitigation activities.
- Monitor technical performance and compliance during delivery.
- Works within the project MEP team leading the construction of the MEP services and ensuring of compliance with Mace standards.
- Accountable for the construction aspects of the MEP services and management of the site environment, programme, Health Safety & Wellbeing, Quality & Commissioning of the project.
- Liaises and coordinates with key project stakeholders, forming strong working relationships with the Client, Consultants, Trade Contractors and other team leaders.
- Manages the checking and overseeing of design output to ensure information is clear, achievable, buildable, conforms to preferred methods and is available to enable efficient procurement and construction of works.
- Prepares and implements delivery strategies and programmes for all phases of the project, ensuring the key milestones, interfaces, dependencies, logistics and work sequencing are all properly considered.
- Develops and implements project specific dimensional control strategy ensuring adherence and delivery of project and strategic key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Establishes company & project quality requirements and procedures are implemented and adhered, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Manages and contributes to the production of quality assurance information, ensuring standards are embedded across teams and projects.
- Manages & provides leadership to team/s and/or project team of Managers and Professionals, ensuring the standards, structures, tools, capabilities and responsibilities are in place to deliver team/project plans and deliver excellence.
- Manages technical aspects of project including innovations and technical developments and identifies and implements continuous improvement plans/identifies key business improvements.
- Provides performance management, technical development and coaching to team and/or project team.
- Manages & influences Key/Senior stakeholders, building key internal/external working relationships. Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
- Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering. (or equivalent), Professionally qualified with the Institution of Civil Engineers, Institution of Structural Engineers or similar professional body.
- :Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Extensive experience in major infrastructure programmes.
- Strong knowledge of civil infrastructure delivery and substructure works.
- Thorough experience in stormwater design, drainage systems and hydraulic infrastructure.
- Experience undertaking technical assurance and engineering reviews.
- Chartered Engineer status is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Commercial and delivery awareness within complex, multidisciplinary programmes.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote site environment and manage competing priorities.
- Commitment to health, safety, quality, sustainability and collaborative working.
