شركة Parsons تعلن عن حاجتها إلى مدير مشاريع بناء (Construction Manager) سعودي الجنسية، للعمل في الرياض على مشروع عالمي طموح (giga project).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة جميع أنشطة البناء في الموقع، وضمان تسليم المشاريع بأمان وفي الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية ووفق معايير الجودة المطلوبة.
- إعداد وإدارة خطط تنفيذ البناء، وتحديد متطلبات الموارد والمعالم الرئيسية للمشروع.
- التنسيق مع المقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن والموردين وفرق البناء لتعزيز الإنتاجية وأداء المشروع.
- العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية لممثلي العميل وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين في جميع المسائل المتعلقة بالبناء، ومراقبة التقدم، وتحديد المخاطر والقيود، وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية للحفاظ على أهداف المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في إدارة البناء لتسليم مشاريع مدنية أو بنية تحتية أو صناعية أو هيكلية كبيرة.
- خبرة مثبتة في قيادة فرق متعددة التخصصات في الموقع وإدارة مشرفي البناء والمهندسين.
- فهم قوي لمنهجيات البناء والتخطيط والجدولة والعمليات الميدانية.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة المقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن وموارد معدات البناء الرئيسية.
- مهارات قيادية وتواصلية متميزة، وخبرة في إدارة العلاقات مع أصحاب المصلحة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة سابقة في تسليم مشاريع البنية التحتية الكبرى أو المجال العام أو مشاريع التنمية الحضرية المعقدة.
- معرفة بمبادئ إدارة العقود والمشتريات والإدارة التجارية.
- خبرة في العمل داخل بيئات البرامج الكبيرة أو مكاتب إدارة المشاريع (PMO).
- فهم قوي لإدارة الجودة والامتثال للصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- خبرة في العمل على مشاريع في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وقيادة فرق متنوعة ثقافيًا.

Job Description
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Construction Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to work on a world leading giga project.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and manage construction execution plans, resource requirements, and critical project milestones.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams to maximise productivity and project performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client representatives and key project stakeholders on all construction-related matters.
- Monitor progress, identify risks and constraints, and implement corrective actions to maintain project objectives.
- 15+ years of construction management experience delivering large civil, infrastructure, industrial, or structural projects.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary site teams and managing construction superintendents and engineers.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, planning, scheduling, and field operations.
- Demonstrated experience managing contractors, subcontractors, and major construction equipment resources.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous experience delivering major infrastructure, public realm, or complex urban development projects.
- Knowledge of contract administration, procurement, and commercial management principles.
- Experience working within large-scale programme or PMO environments.
- Strong understanding of quality management, health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Experience working on projects within the Middle East and leading culturally diverse teams.
