تعلن IHG Hotels & Resorts في الشرقية، الخبر، السعودية عن توفر وظيفة Cluster Sales Manager (مدير مبيعات الكتلة).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المبيعات وتوليد الإيرادات: تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المبيعات لتحقيق أهداف الإيرادات وتجاوزها، واستهداف قطاعات الشركات والحكومة والترفيه والمؤتمرات والجملة وغيرها، وزيادة عدد ليالي الحجوزات ومتوسط السعر اليومي والإشغال، وتعزيز توزيع الأعمال عبر الفنادق التابعة للكتلة بناءً على التوفر والأسعار والطلب، ومراقبة اتجاهات السوق والمنافسين واحتياجات العملاء، وإجراء زيارات مبيعات واتصالات وعروض ترويجية.
- إدارة الحسابات: بناء علاقات قوية مع الحسابات الرئيسية للشركات ووكالات السفر والحكومية، وإدارة الحسابات الحالية لتعظيم الإنتاج، وإجراء مراجعات دورية للحسابات والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة، والتفاوض على العقود والأسعار ضمن الإرشادات التجارية المعتمدة، وضمان التزام الحسابات المتعاقد بها.
- تطوير الأعمال: البحث عن حسابات جديدة وبناء خط أنابيب صحي، وتحديد قطاعات السوق الجديدة، والمشاركة في الحملات المبيعاتية والمعارض والفعاليات، وتطوير شراكات محلية وإقليمية، والحفاظ على معرفة عميقة بالسوق المحلي.
- التنسيق بين فنادق الكتلة: العمل مع فرق المبيعات والإيرادات والحجوزات والتسويق والتشغيل عبر جميع الفنادق، وتنسيق الأنشطة المبيعاتية، ومشاركة العملاء المحتملين، ودعم المبادرات المشتركة، وضمان تغطية مبيعاتية كافية.
- الأداء التجاري والإيرادات: العمل مع إدارة الإيرادات لفهم أنماط الطلب والتسعير، ومراقبة إنتاج الحسابات ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية، وتحديد الفجوات وتنفيذ إجراءات تصحيحية، ودعم إعداد التوقعات والخطط.
- إدارة علاقات العملاء: الحفاظ على مستوى عالٍ من التفاعل مع العملاء وضمان خدمة ممتازة، ومعالجة المشكلات، وإجراء جلسات تغذية راجعة، وبناء علاقات طويلة الأمد مع صانعي القرار.
- الإدارة المبيعاتية والتقارير: الحفاظ على معلومات دقيقة في نظام CRM وإعداد تقارير أسبوعية وشهرية، وتحديث قاعدة بيانات الحسابات وقناة المبيعات، وضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة.
- مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs): تحقيق إيرادات غرف الكتلة، إنتاج الحسابات المؤسسية والرئيسية، عدد ليالي الحجوزات، متوسط السعر اليومي، اكتساب حسابات جديدة، الاحتفاظ بالحسابات، إنتاجية زيارات المبيعات، تحويل أعمال المؤتمرات، قيمة قناة المبيعات، الحصة السوقية، رضا العملاء، تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية والسنوية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الفنادق، إدارة الأعمال، المبيعات والتسويق أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في مبيعات الفنادق، ويفضل أن تتضمن خبرة إشرافية أو إدارية.
- خبرة سابقة في التعامل مع الحسابات المؤسسية والرئيسية وتطوير الأعمال.
- يفضل خبرة في بيئة متعددة الممتلكات أو في كتلة فنادق.
- معرفة قوية بسوق الفنادق المحلي والبيئة التجارية.
- خبرة في أنظمة مبيعات الفنادق ومنصات CRM وMicrosoft Office.
- مهارات ممتازة في التفاوض والعرض والتواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية؛ العربية ميزة إضافية.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, government, leisure, MICE, wholesale, and other market segments.
Drive room nights, ADR, occupancy, and overall revenue contribution through effective account management and business development.
Promote all assigned hotels and ensure business is appropriately distributed across the cluster based on availability, rates, and market demand.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements and recommend appropriate actions.
Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, site inspections, presentations, and networking activities.
Manage existing accounts to maximize production and identify opportunities for increased business.
Conduct regular account reviews and maintain accurate records of account production and potential.
Negotiate contracts, rates, and agreements within the approved commercial guidelines.
Ensure contracted accounts are properly maintained and business commitments are delivered.
Identify new market segments and commercial opportunities for the cluster.
Participate in sales blitzes, trade shows, exhibitions, roadshows, networking events, and other business development activities.
Develop local and regional partnerships that can generate additional business for the hotels.
Maintain strong knowledge of the local market, key industries, major companies, projects, and business developments.
Coordinate sales activities and ensure consistent implementation of cluster sales strategies.
Share leads and business opportunities among the hotels to maximize total cluster revenue.
Support the development of joint sales initiatives and promotional campaigns.
Ensure all properties receive appropriate sales coverage and account attention.
Monitor account production, room-night contribution, ADR, revenue, and other relevant commercial KPIs.
Identify gaps against targets and implement corrective sales actions.
Support the preparation of monthly and annual sales forecasts and business plans.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, account production, pipeline, and business opportunities.
Handle customer concerns and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
Conduct regular client feedback sessions and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and business partners.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
Maintain an updated account database, sales pipeline, call plans, and action plans.
Track account production against agreed targets and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, brand standards, and approved commercial procedures.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant hotel sales experience, preferably with experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
Previous experience handling corporate accounts, key accounts, and business development.
Experience In a Multi-property Or Cluster Environment Is Preferred.
Strong knowledge of the local hotel market and business environment.
Experience with hotel sales systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office.
Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
