يعلن مقهى Le Café LPM (التابع لمجموعة La Petite Maison) عن توفر وظيفة Floor Manager في الخبر، المملكة العربية السعودية. نحن نبحث عن قائد كاريزمي وهادئ وعادل يكون نبض أرضية المقهى، ويجعل الخدمة تبدو سهلة وأنيقة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنسيق عمل فريق الطابق وامتلاك تجربة الضيوف من أول طاولة إلى آخر وداع.
- ضمان سير كل وردية بسلاسة والتعامل مع استفسارات الضيوف بهدوء وحل المشكلات فوراً.
- متابعة الملاحظات الواردة دون انتظار توجيه وتحويل أي موقف إلى تجربة إيجابية.
- القيادة بالقدوة: توجيه الفريق وتدريبه وتحفيزه يومياً للحفاظ على طاقة عالية ومعايير متسقة.
- الإلمام بقائمة الطعام والمشروبات وقصة كل ما نقدمه، وضمان إلمام الفريق بها أيضاً.
- الإشراف على كامل أرضية المقهى بالتنسيق مع المطبخ والبار، وإدارة تدفق الخدمة وفق العلامة التجارية.
- تنفيذ المعايير العالية في التجهيز (mise en place)، ترتيب الطاولات، النظافة، تخطيط الورديات، وعرض العلامة التجارية قبل دخول أول ضيف.
- التكيف السريع وحل المشكلات أثناء العمل والتصعيد عند الحاجة إلى المستوى المناسب.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 1 إلى 2 سنوات في دور إشرافي أو إداري في خدمة العملاء (Front of House) في مطعم راقٍ أو عالي الحركة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية إجبارية، ومعرفة اللغة الفرنسية أو أوروبية أخرى أو العربية ميزة إضافية.
- المرونة في العمل حيث قد يُطلب دعم أقسام أخرى عند الحاجة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- الكاريزما والهدوء تحت الضغط والعدالة في التعامل مع الفريق والضيوف.
- مهارات قيادية وتحفيزية قوية مع القدرة على تدريب الفريق.
- معرفة متعمقة بالمنتج (قائمة الطعام والمشروبات).
- التفكير السريع وحل المشكلات واتخاذ القرار المناسب في الوقت المناسب.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والمعايير العالية في التنفيذ.

Experience
Guest Satisfaction: You set the standard for how guests are treated by handling concerns calmly, turning every situation around, and following up on feedback without being asked.
Mentoring & Leadership: You lead by example. You brief, train, and motivate your team daily. You keep energy high, standards consistent, and people growing.
Product Knowledge: You know the menu, the drinks, and the story behind what we serve and you make sure your team does too.
Restaurant Operations: You oversee the full floor - coordinating with kitchen and bar, managing service flow, and keeping everything running on time and on brand.
Execute High Standards: Mise en place, table settings, cleanliness, shift planning, brand presentation: nothing gets past you before the first guest walks in.
Adaptability & Problem Solving: Things move fast. You stay calm, find solutions before issues become problems, and know when to act and when to escalate.

- 1-2 years in a supervisory or front-of-house managerial role in a premium or high-volume restaurant.
- English is a must. French or another European language, or Arabic even better.
