نعلن عن وظيفة نادل (Waiter) للعمل في مقهى Le Café LPM التابع لمجموعة La Petite Maison (LPM) في الخبر، المنطقة الشرقية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
مقهى Le Café LPM هو وجهة حيوية غير رسمية تجمع بين روح الريفييرا الفرنسية وحياة المدينة اليومية. نحن نبحث عن نادل يتولى مسؤولية طاولاته وضيوفه بالكامل - من أول تحية إلى آخر وداع. الدور يتطلب شخصية استباقية، منتبهة، وساحرة تجعل كل ضيف يشعر بالاهتمام الحقيقي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تجربة الضيف: خلق لحظات لا تُنسى للضيوف بدفء واحترافية، وجعلهم يشعرون أنهم في المكان الصحيح.
- معرفة المنتج: الإلمام التام بقائمة الطعام (المكونات، طرق التحضير، التوافيق) ومشاركة هذه المعرفة بثقة؛ التوصية والبيع الإضافي وتقديم الاقتراح المناسب في الوقت المناسب.
- تعريف الضيف: قراءة الطاولة، التكيف مع المزاج والإيقاع، وتذكر التفاصيل المهمة (التفضيلات، العادات) لتسجيلها وجعل الضيف يشعر أنه معروف حقاً.
- التواصل: تواصل واضح مع المطبخ، انتباه للضيوف، وتنسيق مع الفريق؛ معالجة المشكلات الصغيرة بنفسك وإحالة الأكبر إلى مدير الطابق فوراً.
- المرونة: العمل وفق دليل إرشادي لا سقف له - مع نمو المقهى قد يتطور دورك، وقد يُطلب منك دعم أقسام أخرى حسب حاجة العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شخصية استباقية، منتبهة، وساحرة.
- لا تُشترط خبرة سابقة - الشخصية والطاقة والدفء هي الأهم.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية إلزامية.
- معرفة اللغة الفرنسية أو أي لغة أوروبية أخرى ميزة إضافية.
- تقديم التقارير إلى مدير الطابق (Floor Manager).
المهارات المطلوبة
- إدارة الطاولات وخدمة الضيوف بدقة واحترافية.
- معرفة متعمقة بقائمة الطعام (المكونات، التحضير، التوافيق) والقدرة على التوصية والبيع الإضافي.
- قراءة مزاج الطاولة وتكييف الأسلوب حسب الحالة.
- تواصل واضح مع فريق المطبخ والخدمة.
- تسجيل تفضيلات الضيوف والعناية بالتفاصيل الصغيرة.

You are the manager of your tables and guests. You take orders, serve with precision, and make every guest feel genuinely looked after. You are the face and name your guests will remember.
Experience
Guest Experience: You create memorable moments from the first hello to the last goodbye - warm, professional, and always making guests feel like they’re exactly where they should be.
Product Knowledge: You know the menu inside out - ingredients, preparation, pairings - and share that knowledge naturally. Confident in recommending, upselling, and surprising guests with the right suggestion at the right moment.
Guest Profiling: You read the table, adapt to the mood and pace, and remember what matters: preferences, habits, the little details that make a guest feel genuinely known. You record them so nothing is lost.
Communication: Clear with the kitchen, attentive with guests, and in sync with the team. Small issues you handle yourself - bigger ones go straight to your manager, without delay.
