تسعى شركة Talent Blueprint FZ LLC إلى توظيف أخصائي أمن (Security Specialist) لدعم العمليات الأمنية لمشروع رياضي دولي كبير في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم تنفيذ العمليات الأمنية اليومية عبر المواقع والمناطق التشغيلية المخصصة.
- تنفيذ ومراقبة إجراءات وبروتوكولات الأمن والمتطلبات التشغيلية.
- دعم عمليات التحكم في الدخول للموظفين والمقاولين والزوار والمركبات.
- مراقبة المناطق المحظورة وضمان صلاحيات الدخول المناسبة.
- إجراء الفحوصات والدوريات والتفتيشات الأمنية بشكل منتظم.
- تحديد المخاطر الأمنية المحتملة ورفعها عبر القنوات المناسبة.
- دعم إدارة الإبلاغ عن الحوادث والطوارئ الأمنية ومعالجتها.
- المساعدة في إجراءات الاستجابة للطوارئ والإخلاء ورفع الحوادث عند الحاجة.
- دعم إدارة الحشود وتنقل الأشخاص داخل المناطق التشغيلية.
- التنسيق مع فرق العمليات بالمكان والأفراد الأمنيين والمقاولين وخدمات الطوارئ وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين.
- مراقبة الامتثال للإجراءات الأمنية والمعايير التشغيلية المعتمدة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات أمنية دقيقة وتقارير الحوادث وقوائم التفتيش والوثائق المطلوبة.
- دعم الإحاطات الأمنية والاجتماعات التشغيلية وأنشطة الجاهزية.
- المساعدة في الاستعدادات الأمنية قبل بدء الأنشطة التشغيلية.
- دعم تنفيذ إجراءات الطوارئ والطوارئ البديلة.
- تقديم الدعم التشغيلي خلال فترات الازدحام والأنشطة الحيوية الأخرى.
- تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى متعلقة بالأمن لدعم نجاح المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- يفضل أن يكون حاصلاً على درجة البكالوريوس أو مؤهل مهني ذي صلة في إدارة الأمن أو إدارة المخاطر أو العدالة الجنائية أو إدارة الطوارئ أو مجال ذي صلة.
- فهم جيد للتحكم في الدخول والإجراءات الأمنية وإدارة الحوادث والاستجابة للطوارئ.
- خبرة في العمل ضمن عملية أمنية منظمة مع فرق وأطراف متعددة.
- قدرة قوية على تحديد المخاطر الأمنية واتباع إجراءات الرفع المعتمدة.
- خبرة العمل في المملكة العربية السعودية أو دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- القدرة على العمل بدوام كامل في مهمة قائمة على المشروع حتى فبراير 2027.
- الاستعداد للعمل في نوبات، وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع، والعطلات الرسمية، وساعات إضافية حسب المتطلبات التشغيلية.
- خبرة مهنية مثبتة في العمليات الأمنية أو بيئة أمنية ذات صلة، مثل أمن المواقع أو أمن المرافق أو الأمن المؤسسي أو السلامة العامة أو بيئات تشغيلية مماثلة.
- يفضل الخبرة السابقة في الفعاليات الكبرى أو الفعاليات الرياضية أو المعارض أو أماكن الترفيه أو المشاريع واسعة النطاق، لكنها ليست أساسية.

Role Summary

Previous experience in major events, sporting events, exhibitions, entertainment venues, or large-scale projects is an advantage but is not essential.

- Implement and monitor security procedures, protocols, and operational requirements.
- Support access control operations, including staff, contractor, visitor, and vehicle access.
- Monitor restricted areas and ensure appropriate access permissions are maintained.
- Conduct regular security checks, patrols, and inspections.
- Identify potential security risks and escalate issues through the appropriate channels.
- Support the management and reporting of security incidents and emergencies.
- Assist with emergency response procedures, evacuations, and incident escalation when required.
- Support crowd management and movement of people within operational areas.
- Coordinate with venue operations, security personnel, contractors, emergency services, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor compliance with established security procedures and operational standards.
- Maintain accurate security logs, incident reports, checklists, and other required documentation.
- Support security briefings, operational meetings, and readiness activities.
- Assist with security preparations before operational activities commence.
- Support the implementation of contingency and emergency procedures.

- Good understanding of access control, security procedures, incident management, and emergency response.
- Experience working within a structured security operation with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strong ability to identify security risks and follow established escalation procedures.
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is an advantage.
- Ability to work full-time on a project-based assignment until February 2027.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and extended hours based on operational requirements.
