شركة Parsons Corporation تبحث عن مدير مشاريع (طيران/بنية تحتية) للعمل في الرياض، السعودية. سيتولى المرشح الناجح إدارة تسليم المشروع والميزانية والجدول الزمني والجودة والسلامة والأداء التجاري والتنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة لمشاريع البنية التحتية للطيران وما شابهها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف المباشر على جميع الأنشطة الفنية والتجارية والمالية والإدارية والإشراف على الإنشاءات وإدارتها.
- تسليم المشروع وفقاً للنطاق والجدول الزمني والميزانية والجودة والسلامة ومتطلبات العقد المعتمدة.
- تطوير وصيانة خطة إدارة المشروع وخطة الصحة والسلامة وخطة ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة.
- إدارة ميزانيات المشروع والتوقعات والفواتير والفوترة والربحية ومراقبة التكاليف.
- التنسيق مع فرق المشروع والاستشاريين والمقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن والجهات الحكومية.
- مراقبة تقدم المشروع والمعالم الرئيسية والمخاطر والتكاليف وأداء الجدول الزمني.
- إدارة تغييرات النطاق وأوامر التغيير والمطالبات والمسائل التجارية.
- تمثيل Parsons في اجتماعات العميل والمقاولين والجهات التنظيمية وأصحاب المصلحة.
- قيادة اجتماعات الحالة الأسبوعية للمشروع وتنفيذ خطط الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- دعم تطوير الأعمال والعروض والعروض التقديمية للعملاء وفرص الخدمات الإضافية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو مجال تقني أو تجاري ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 20 عاماً في إدارة المشاريع أو الإنشاءات ذات الصلة.
- خبرة في إدارة مشاريع إنشاءات متعددة التخصصات أو مشاريع البنية التحتية للطيران.
- معرفة قوية بنطاق المشروع والجدول الزمني والميزانية ومراقبة التكاليف والإدارة التجارية.
- معرفة بممارسات إنشاءات الطيران واللوائح والقوانين ومتطلبات السلامة.
- القدرة على استيفاء متطلبات شهادة إدارة المشاريع في Parsons.
- مهارات قيادة وإدارة فرق مثبتة.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الكتابي والشفوي.
- قدرات قوية في حل المشكلات والتفاوض واتخاذ القرارات.
- قد يُطلب التسجيل المهني.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في إدارة حزم الإشراف على إنشاءات المطارات أو الطيران.
- خبرة في مشاريع البنية التحتية لجهة المطار (airside) والجهة البرية (landside).
- معرفة بالممرات وطرق التاكسي وساحات الانتظار والمحطات والمرافق والصرف وأنظمة المطارات.
- خبرة في العمل في بيئات مطارات نشطة.
- إلمام بهيئات المطارات والمشغلين وشركات الطيران والجهات التنظيمية.
- خبرة في مراقبة المشاريع وإدارة المخاطر والجدولة وإعداد تقارير القيمة المكتسبة.
- خبرة في إدارة المقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن والاستشاريين والفرق متعددة التخصصات.
- شهادة مهندس محترف أو PMP أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة في دعم العروض وتطوير الأعمال والعروض التقديمية للعملاء.
- إلمام بأنظمة إدارة المشاريع الرقمية والجدولة ومراقبة التكاليف ومراقبة المستندات.

Job Description
Intro
Parsons is looking for a talented Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will manage project delivery, budget, schedule, quality, safety, commercial performance, and stakeholder coordination for aviation infrastructure and similar projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Direct and manage all technical, commercial, financial, administrative, and construction supervision activities.
- Deliver the project in accordance with approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and contract requirements.
- Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan, Health and Safety Plan, and QA/QC Plan.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, invoicing, billing, profitability, and cost control.
- Coordinate project teams, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and government agencies.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, costs, and schedule performance.
- Manage scope changes, change orders, claims, and commercial issues.
- Represent Parsons in client, contractor, regulatory, and stakeholder meetings.
- Lead weekly project status meetings and implement corrective action plans.
- Support business development, proposals, client presentations, and additional service opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical or business field.
- Minimum 20 years of related project or construction management experience.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary construction or aviation infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of project scope, schedule, budget, cost control, and commercial management.
- Knowledge of aviation construction practices, industry regulations, codes, and safety requirements.
- Ability to meet Parsons’ project management certification requirements.
- Proven leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
- Professional registration may be required.
- Experience managing airport or aviation construction supervision packages.
- Experience with airside and landside infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of runways, taxiways, aprons, terminals, utilities, drainage, and airfield systems.
- Experience working in active airport environments.
- Familiarity with airport authorities, operators, airlines, and regulatory agencies.
- Experience with project controls, risk management, scheduling, and earned-value reporting.
- Experience managing contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Professional Engineer, PMP, or equivalent certification.
- Experience supporting proposals, business development, and client presentations.
- Familiarity with digital project-management, scheduling, cost-control, and document-control systems.
