Mace، إحدى الشركات الرائدة في مجال الاستشارات الهندسية وإدارة المشاريع، توفر فرصة للعمل على مشروع تطوير مختلط فاخر كبير في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. تبحث الشركة عن Senior Procurement Manager للمساهمة في تقديم خدمات استشارية لإدارة المشاريع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة إدارة الفئات وتطوير العلاقات لتحقيق القيمة التجارية والتميز في الأداء.
- توفير القيادة للفرق، وضمان وجود الهياكل والأدوات والمسؤوليات المناسبة لتحقيق الأهداف.
- إجراء العناية الواجبة وتحليل السوق لدعم التخطيط واتخاذ القرارات.
- تطوير وتنفيذ الخطط، ودمج العمليات، ومراقبة التسليم من خلال الآخرين.
- إدارة الأداء، وتطوير المواهب، والتدريب، مع التأثير على أصحاب المصلحة كبار.
- العمل بشكل تعاوني نحو الهدف المشترك للانتقال إلى صافي انبعاثات صفرية، ومشاركة المسؤولية عن التحديد والإدارة الاستباقية لانبعاثات الكربون والتخفيضات المرتبطة بها أثناء تسليم العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة علمية ذات صلة أو ما يعادلها، بالإضافة إلى مؤهلات مهنية تشمل CIPS وشهادات صناعية ذات صلة.
- خبرة تجارية قوية مع خبرة في المناقصات عالية القيمة والمعقدة.
- مهارات تفاوض مثبتة على المستوى التنفيذي ومستوى العميل.
- معرفة متينة في مجال البناء والسوق مع خبرة سابقة كمقاول رئيسي.
- مهارات تواصل فعالة مع قدرة تحليلية والقدرة على المشاركة والتأثير وبناء علاقات ثقة مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرة اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية، وامتلاك خبرة عمل ذات صلة في مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة ضمن شركة استشارات إدارة مشاريع، والتي تتطلبها شروط الهجرة وموافقة العميل.

The Project

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Lead category management and relationship development to deliver commercial value and performance excellence.
- Provide leadership to teams, ensuring structures, tools, and responsibilities are in place to achieve objectives.
- Conduct due diligence and market analysis to inform planning and decision-making.
- Develop and implement plans, embedding processes and monitoring delivery through others.
- Drive performance management, talent development, and coaching while influencing senior stakeholders.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
- Relevant degree or equivalent. Professional qualifications including CIPS and relevant industry certifications.
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in high-value, complex tenders.
- Proven negotiation skills at executive and client level.
- Solid construction and market knowledge with main contractor experience.
- Effective communicator with analytical capability and ability to engage, influence and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
