We are seeking a skilled and experienced Unifier Specialist to join our water and wastewater projects team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of the Unifier platform to support project management activities and ensure efficient project delivery.

• Unifier Administration: 
a. Manage the day-to-day administration of the Unifier platform, including user access, security settings, 
and system configurations. 
b. Customize Unifier modules, workflows, and business processes to align with project requirements 
and organizational standards. 
c. Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy within the Unifier system by implementing data 
validation rules and quality controls. 
• System Configuration and Integration: 
a. Configure and maintain Unifier integrations with other project management tools, enterprise systems, 
and third-party applications. 
b. Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement data interfaces, APIs, and web services to 
facilitate seamless data exchange between Unifier and other systems. 
c. Troubleshoot integration issues, perform system testing, and coordinate with vendors to resolve 
technical issues or implement enhancements. 
• User Training and Support: 
a. Provide user training and technical support to project team members and stakeholders on Unifier 
functionality, features, and best practices. 
b. Develop training materials, user guides, and documentation to facilitate the adoption of Unifier and 
ensure user proficiency. 
c. Serve as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for Unifier-related inquiries, 
troubleshooting, and issue resolution. 
• System Optimization and Enhancement: 
a. Analyze project management processes, workflows, and system usage patterns to identify 
opportunities for system optimization and improvement. 
b. Propose and implement enhancements, upgrades, and customizations to Unifier to streamline project 
delivery, improve efficiency, and enhance user experience. 
c. Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and implement performance tuning measures 
to optimize system responsiveness and reliability. 
• Reporting and Analytics: 
a. Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Unifier reporting 
tools to provide insights into project performance, status, and key metrics. 
b. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define reporting requirements, KPIs, and 
metrics to support project monitoring, control, and decision-making.

• Minimum of 5 + years of work experience. 

• Well-versed with Primavera Unifier. 

• Oracle Primavera and ERP technical background.
