تُعلن أمازون عن فتح باب التقديم لوظيفة مشرف مركز تنفيذ (Fulfillment Center Supervisor) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. نحن بصدد توسيع فريق عمليات أمازون ونبحث عن شخص يقود إدارة الورديات في أحد مراكز التنفيذ أو الفرز أو التوصيل لدينا. ستكون مسؤولاً عن ضمان سير العمليات اليومية بسلاسة وتحقيق تجربة ممتازة للعملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- خلق بيئة عمل آمنة من خلال تحديد فرص السلامة في منطقة العمل
- إدارة وتدريب الموظفين للمساعدة في تقديم أفضل خدمة للعملاء
- ضمان تنفيذ طلبات العملاء وفقاً لمعايير الجودة والسلامة
- تقديم معلومات حيوية متعلقة بالوردية للإدارة الميدانية والمشغلين باستمرار
- تعديل توزيع العمالة خلال الورديات لتلبية وتجاوز الخطط والتوقعات
- التعاون مع وظائف الدعم والإدارات الأخرى لمعالجة القضايا المشتركة في مجالات الأداء مثل جاهزية منطقة العمل، 5S، السلامة، والتدريب
- المساعدة في حل تحديات اللوجستيات وسلسلة الإمداد عبر تحليل البيانات والابتكار وتحسين العمليات
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في استخدام منتجات وتطبيقات Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها
- المرونة في العمل بجدول زمني/وردية/منطقة عمل متغيرة تشمل عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والليالي والعطلات الرسمية
- القدرة على رفع أوزان تصل إلى 49 رطلاً، والوقوف/المشي خلال ورديات قد تصل إلى 12 ساعة، وأداء حركات متكررة مثل الدفع والسحب والقرفصاء والانحناء والوصول
- العمل 40 ساعة أسبوعياً مع العمل الإضافي عند الحاجة
- المرونة في العمل بجداول زمنية تشمل عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والليالي والعطلات الرسمية
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة بتقنيات Lean و Six Sigma و Kaizen

You will oversee the shift management in one of our first mile fulfillment centers, middle mile sortation centers or final mile delivery stations. Our Operations Specialists drive the pulse of our operations on the ground and play a key role in getting our customers’ orders out to them in every step of the chain.
This is a varied, challenging role and every day is different!
Key job responsibilities
• Create and cultivate a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities across your work area
• Manage and train our Associates to help deliver the best service for our customers
• Ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in line with quality and safety guidelines
• Continuously provide critical shift related information to frontline management and operators
• Adjust labor allocation throughout your shifts to meet and exceed plans and forecasts
• Engage with support functions and/or other departments to address common issues or needs in key areas of performance e.g. process area readiness, 5S, safety, training
• Help to solve logistics and supply chain challenges through data analysis, innovation and process optimization

- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience
- high school diploma or equivalent
- High school or equivalent
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
- Work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays
