تسعى أمازون عبر فريق Amazon Logistics إلى بناء عملية تسليم عالمية المستوى في المرحلة الأخيرة (Last Mile)، وتعلن عن توفر وظيفة "أخصائي دعم ميداني - ACES TREX" في الرياض. سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن قيادة أجندة الجودة في العمليات اللوجستية، والعمل على توحيد الإجراءات وتحسين مؤشرات الأداء في محطات التوصيل.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
كعضو في فريق TREX (التميز في النقل)، ستعمل على تحسين عمليات محطات التوصيل وتزويدها بالمعرفة والأدوات المناسبة لرفع جودة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية. هدفك هو قيادة أجندة الجودة في Last Mile من خلال حل المشكلات المعقدة بحلول بسيطة وعملية، وبناء خطط تواصل فعالة لضمان توافق العمليات بين الفرق المتأثرة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم الدعم الميداني والتواصل المباشر مع إدارة المحطات فيما يخص تحسين العمليات وقياس الأداء.
- العمل على إدارة عمليات التغيير الفعالة والمساهمة في توحيد الإجراءات عبر الشبكة من خلال تبادل أفضل الممارسات.
- مراقبة نجاح العمليات اللوجستية والتوصيل من خلال مؤشرات أداء داخل المحطة وعلى الطريق.
- وضع خطط عمل وتنفيذها لرفع الأداء الحالي إلى مستويات قياسية.
- المساهمة المباشرة في تنفيذ الطلبات بنجاح وبالتالي التأثير إيجاباً على رضا العملاء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في مركز توزيع، أو مجال الخدمات اللوجستية، أو بيئة تصنيع.
- خبرة في تحليل البيانات والاستفادة من التحليلات لاتخاذ القرارات.
- خبرة في المشاركة في مشاريع التحسين المستمر داخل الفريق لتوسيع نطاق العمليات وتحسين الرقابة بنتائج قابلة للقياس، أو خبرة في العمل مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- القدرة على العمل بجداول مرنة تشمل عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والليالي والعطلات الرسمية.
- التحدث والكتابة والقراءة بطلاقة باللغة العربية.
- خبرة في التواصل الكتابي والشفهي والعرض التقديمي.
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة بالإحصاء أو تقنيات التحليل الأخرى.
- معرفة بمنهجيات Lean.
- خبرة في العمل مع فرق العمليات والأعمال لشرح أثر المشكلات وفهم متطلبات العمل.
- خبرة في استخدام مجموعة MS Office كاملة وخاصة Excel.
- القدرة على العمل بمبادرة واستقلالية، والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية، وتنفيذ المشاريع والمهام.
- فهم أساسي لمنهجية Lean.
- القدرة على التعمق في عمليات التشغيل وتطوير أفكار لمواجهة تحديات العمليات.
- إجادة استخدام مجموعة MS Office وخاصة Excel.
- نهج استباقي في حل المشكلات وعملي في التعامل.

The goal of Amazon Logistics is to build a world class last mile operation. Amazon Logistics aims to exceed the expectations of our customers by ensuring that orders, no matter how large or small, are delivered as quickly, accurately, and cost effectively as possible.
To continue to drive process excellence within our Last mile Delivery business, we are currently looking for a TREX (Transportation Excellence) Field Support which we call internally ACES Specialist.
As an ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence Systems) Specialist, you will drive process standardization across SA operations. As a member of the TREX team itself, you will contribute to the optimization of the delivery stations operations, providing station with sufficient knowledge and appropriate tools to improve quality related KPIs.
Your goal is to lead LM quality agenda by solving complex problems with simple and practical solutions by developing a deep knowledge of the operation processes. Creating effective communication plans to provide visibility to all impacted teams of the organization will help you to enable overall process alignment.

In this position, you are a key driver for successful order execution thus positively influence our customer satisfaction.

- Experience within a distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment
- Experience in data analysis and leveraging analytics to make decisions
- Experience participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results, or experience working with stakeholders
- Work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Arabic
- Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- High level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Experience in data analysis and leveraging analytics to make decisions
- Experience participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results, or experience working with stakeholders
- Work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays
