تسعى أمازون في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، إلى تعيين مدير تكامل العمليات (Ops. Integration Manager) لبرنامج التوصيل المحلي (Hub Delivery). ستعمل في بيئة سريعة النمو لتحسين تجربة التوصيل للعملاء وتعزيز الكفاءة التشغيلية، بالتعاون مع فرق متعددة داخل شبكة AMZL.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم ونمذجة وتنفيذ عمليات تشغيلية جديدة لبرنامج Hub Delivery عبر شبكة AMZL في السعودية، مع ضمان قابلية التوسع والتوافق مع تخطيط السعة الشبكية.
- قيادة مبادرات تحسين العمليات الحالية لتحقيق أهداف التكلفة والجودة وتجربة العملاء، باستخدام الرؤى المبنية على البيانات لتحديد الأولويات.
- جمع وتحليل البيانات التشغيلية لوضع معايير شبكية موحدة بالتعاون مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف، وضمان اعتماد أفضل الممارسات في جميع محطات التوصيل.
- بناء شراكات قوية مع قادة العمليات الميدانيين وأصحاب المصلحة (العمليات المركزية، تخطيط سلسلة التوريد، فرق مقدمي خدمات التوصيل، فرق التميز التشغيلي) لفهم فرص التحسين وإزالة العوائق التشغيلية.
- تحليل وحل المعوقات التشغيلية مع التركيز على تحليل الأسباب الجذرية، ودفع الحلول المستدامة التي تحسن أداء الشبكة وتجربة الشركاء.
- الابتكار لتحسين تجربة العملاء بشكل مستمر مع إزالة التكاليف والتعقيد من شبكة التلبية من خلال تحسين العمليات والأتمتة.
- التعاون مع فرق المنتجات لإجراء اختبار قبول المستخدم (UAT) ومراجعة خطط الإطلاق وتجربة الميزات الجديدة وإدارة عمليات النشر على نطاق الشبكة مع مقاييس نجاح واضحة.
- تمثيل عمليات Hub Delivery في السعودية في المنتديات الإقليمية والعالمية، وتقديم الرؤى وتحديثات الأداء والتوصيات الاستراتيجية للإدارة العليا.
المؤهلات الأساسية
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تحديد وتنفيذ مبادرات تحسين العمليات باستخدام البيانات والمقاييس.
- خبرة في استخدام Excel (بما في ذلك VBA، الجداول المحورية، دوال المصفوفات، Power Pivot) وأدوات تصور البيانات مثل Tableau.
- خبرة في استخدام البيانات والمقاييس لقياس الأثر وتحديد مجالات التحسين.
- خبرة في العمل عبر فرق متعددة الوظائف تشمل فرقاً تقنية وغير تقنية.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية، الاهتمام بالتفاصيل، وقدرات تواصل فعالة، أو خبرة في الدعم التقني.
المؤهلات المفضلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إدارة البرامج أو المشاريع.
- خبرة في قيادة التوصيل من البداية إلى النهاية، وإبلاغ النتائج للإدارة العليا.
- خبرة في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والتعامل مع عدة جهات على مستويات مختلفة في المؤسسة.

Our last-mile delivery team is seeking a dynamic, autonomous, and well-organized Operations Integration Manager for the Hub Delivery program. This role will drive integration and standardization of Hub Delivery processes across the UAE AMZL Network, partnering with Country ACES, SnOP, Central Operations, AMZL Operations, Product teams, and other key stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities
Design, model, and implement new operations processes for Hub Delivery across the KSA AMZL Network, ensuring scalability and alignment with network capacity planning.
Drive improvement initiatives for existing processes to meet cost, quality, and customer experience goals, using data-driven insights to identify and prioritize opportunities.
Gather and analyze operational data to establish network-wide standards in partnership with cross-functional teams, ensuring consistency and best practice adoption across all delivery stations.
Build strong partnerships with operations field leaders and stakeholders (Central Operations, SnOP, DSP teams, Country ACES) to understand improvement opportunities and remove operational barriers.
Analyze and solve operational blockers with a focus on root cause analysis, driving forward sustainable solutions that improve network performance and partner experience.
Innovate to continuously improve customer experience while removing cost and complexity from the fulfillment network through process optimization and automation.
Partner with Product teams to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), review launch plans, pilot new features, and manage full-scale rollouts across the network with clear success metrics.
Represent KSA Hub Delivery operations in regional and global forums, providing insights, performance updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Experience in Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Experience experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience working cross-functionally across several teams both technical and non-technical
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in technical support
- Experience in Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Experience experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience working cross-functionally across several teams both technical and non-technical
