أمازون تبحث عن مدير شركاء التوصيل (Delivery Partner Manager) للتجارة السريعة والخدمات اللوجستية للميل الأخير في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. ستعمل مع رواد أعمال يديرون أعمال التوصيل لدعم أهداف الاستدامة والابتكار في قطاع النقل، وتقديم المشورة والدعم التشغيلي لشركاء التوصيل (DSP) على مستوى المملكة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الشراكة مع 25-30 من مالكي شركاء التوصيل (DSP) في جميع أنحاء المملكة، بمن فيهم رواد أعمال لا يمتلكون خلفية في اللوجستيات أو ناقلون مخضرمون (حسب البرنامج).
- العمل عن كثب مع مجموعة من المالكين في مراحل مختلفة لوضع الاستراتيجية، وقيادة المساءلة والمشاركة، وتتبع مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية.
- التعاون مع فريق داخلي متكامل من مديري البرامج والامتثال والمالية لضمان إطلاق المالكين لأعمالهم وتوسيعها وفقاً لمتطلبات البرنامج.
- دعم المالكين بإزالة العقبات وتحسين الممارسات المالية والتشغيلية وممارسات السلامة على مستوى الشبكة.
- تحليل المشكلات، واستخلاص الرؤى، وتقديم التوصيات، وقيادة التغيير داخلياً وخارجياً.
- التعاون مع الشركاء الداخليين مثل علاقات الشركاء (PAR)، الخدمات ذات القيمة المضافة (VAS)، الشؤون القانونية، الأسطول، وصحة الشبكة.
- تنفيذ سياسات المراقبة والإنفاذ (MEP) وبناء قنوات تغذية راجعة ثنائية الاتجاه مع فرق OTR وشركاء DSP ومنتجات واستراتيجية WW/EU.
- السفر بين مواقع متعددة أسبوعياً للقاء مالكي الأعمال والقيام بالمهام المطلوبة بمرونة.
- السلامة: الشراكة مع فرق السلامة OTR والمديرين الإقليميين لضمان الامتثال للسلامة.
- الأداء: توجيه المالكين أثناء توسيع أعمالهم وإدارة المشكلات التشغيلية، ودعمهم خلال مرحلة الإطلاق والتأهيل، وتدريبهم على إدارة شركات آمنة وعالية الأداء عبر تحليل مؤشرات SLS، وضمان الاستخدام الفعال لأدوات AMZL، وتحليل مؤشرات العملاء لتحسين التجربة.
- الخبرة: تحديد أوجه القصور في سير العمل وتنفيذ تحسينات تشغيلية على مستوى الشبكة لتحسين تجربة مالك DSP، وتطوير العلاقة بين أمازون وشركاء DSP مع التركيز على تحسين المشاعر، وضمان التواصل الواضح مع المالكين، ويكون صوت DSP داخل أعمال أمازون، وتحسين معايير السائقين لحماية صورة العلامة التجارية.
- إدارة السعة: العمل مع شركاء DSP لتقديم خطط توسع فعالة وتحقيق أهداف خط الأنابيب، وضمان توفر السائقين لتلبية أحجام الذروة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في المبيعات أو إدارة الحسابات.
- خبرة في استخدام Excel.
- خبرة في تحليل البيانات وأفضل الممارسات لتقييم محركات الأداء.
- يفضل خبرة في تحليل المقاييس الرئيسية وحلولها لكل حساب مدار.

Description
Equal parts advisor and operating partner, Amazon’s team of Delivery Partner Managers assists and guides our Amazon DSPs (Logistics Supply chain Managers) business owners as they build and grow successful middle-mile businesses during a transformational time.
Account Manager (Logistics Supply chain Manager) manage the DSP relationship across the entire lifecycle of the business. As trusted advisors, Logistics Supply chain Manager, work alongside DSPs to help solve their biggest challenges at a programmatic level, influence their business planning and strategy, and look around corners to identify obstacles and recommend solutions, ensuring DSP owners make effective business decisions and are set up for success.
Key job responsibilities
As a Logistics Supply chain Manager, you will partner with 25-30 DSP owners across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia including entrepreneurs with no background in the logistics industry, or seasoned logistics carrier (Depending on business program)
Work closely with a portfolio of owners at different stages as they set strategy, help drive accountability and engagement, and motivate and track key performance metrics.
Collaborate with an integrated internal team of Program Managers and Compliance and Finance personnel to ensure owners launch and scale their business in compliance with program requirements.
Support owners by removing obstacles and improving financial, operational, and safety practices at the network level.
As Logistics Supply chain Manager will do this by analyzing problems, discovering insights, delivering recommendations, and driving change both internally and externally.
They will collaborate frequently with a wide array of integrated internal stakeholders such as Partner Relations (PAR), Value Added Service (VAS), Legal, fleet and network health to name a few. The Logistics Supply chain Manager support owners by removing obstacles and improving financial, operational, and safety practices at the network level. They facilitate and execute Monitoring and Enforcement Policies (MEP) and build two-way feedback channels with OTR teams, DSPs and WW/EU Product and strategy.
The Logistics Supply chain Manager r will be required to work flexibly and will be required to travel between multiple sites to engage with business owners weekly to carry out their role effectively.
A day in the life
Safety:
- Partner with OTR Safety and OTR Regional Managers to ensure business safety compliance.
Performance:
- Guide owners as they scale their business and manage operational issues, ensuring they have the resources to effectively ramp up operations and prepare for peak periods.
- Support owners through onboarding and program launch preparation (net new launches only).
- Coach owners to run compliant, safe, and high performing companies through SLS metric deep dives.
- Ensure effective upskilling and utilization of AMZL tools.
- Deep dive into customer metrics to identify and act on improvement opportunities.
- Champion the consistent application of Last Mile processes within Delivery Stations and challenge UTR processes that negatively impact OTR.
Experience:
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and formulate and implement operational improvements at the network level to enhance the individual DSP owner experience.
- Develop and strengthen the relationship between Amazon and DSP partners, with a focus on DSP sentiment improvement.
- Ensure clear and aligned communication to DSP business owners in close collaboration with OTR partners.
- Serve as the voice of the DSP and represent their interests within the AMZL business.
- Drive improvements in driver standards to protect Amazon's brand image.
Capacity Management:
- Work with DSPs to deliver effective ramp plans and pipeline goals, ensuring driver supply is achieved to meet peak volume demands.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience with Excel
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

- Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS Platforms
