تعلن شركة أمازون عن توفر وظيفة مشرف مركز تلبية الطلبات (Fulfillment Center Supervisor) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. ستعمل ضمن فريق العمليات وتتولى إدارة المناوبات في أحد مراكز التلبية أو الفرز أو التوصيل، مع التركيز على تحقيق أعلى معايير السلامة ورضا العملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- خلق بيئة عمل آمنة وتعزيزها من خلال تحديد فرص السلامة في منطقة عملك.
- إدارة وتدريب الموظفين للمساعدة في تقديم أفضل خدمة لعملائنا.
- ضمان تلبية طلبات العملاء وفقاً لمعايير الجودة والسلامة.
- تقديم معلومات حيوية متعلقة بالمناوبة باستمرار للإدارة الميدانية والمشغلين.
- تعديل توزيع العمالة أثناء المناوبات لتحقيق الخطط والتوقعات وتجاوزها.
- التواصل مع وظائف الدعم أو الأقسام الأخرى لمعالجة القضايا أو الاحتياجات المشتركة في مجالات الأداء الرئيسية مثل جاهزية منطقة العمل، 5S، السلامة، والتدريب.
- المساعدة في حل تحديات اللوجستيات وسلسلة التوريد من خلال تحليل البيانات والابتكار وتحسين العمليات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في استخدام Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- القدرة على رفع أوزان تصل إلى 49 رطلاً (22 كجم تقريباً)، والوقوف أو المشي أثناء المناوبات التي قد تصل إلى 12 ساعة، مع القدرة على الدفع والسحب والقرفصة والانحناء والوصول بشكل متكرر.
- العمل 40 ساعة أسبوعياً مع العمل الإضافي عند الحاجة.
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
- المرونة في العمل بجداول متنوعة تشمل عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والليالي والعطلات الرسمية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- يفضل المعرفة بتقنيات Lean و Six Sigma و Kaizen.

You will oversee the shift management in one of our first mile fulfillment centers, middle mile sortation centers or final mile delivery stations. Our Operations Specialists drive the pulse of our operations on the ground and play a key role in getting our customers’ orders out to them in every step of the chain.
This is a varied, challenging role and every day is different!

• Create and cultivate a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities across your work area
• Manage and train our Associates to help deliver the best service for our customers
• Ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in line with quality and safety guidelines
• Continuously provide critical shift related information to frontline management and operators
• Adjust labor allocation throughout your shifts to meet and exceed plans and forecasts
• Engage with support functions and/or other departments to address common issues or needs in key areas of performance e.g. process area readiness, 5S, safety, training
• Help to solve logistics and supply chain challenges through data analysis, innovation and process optimization

- 1+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
- High school or equivalent
- Work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays
