طيران الرياض، الناقل الوطني الجديد ومقره العاصمة السعودية، يعلن عن وظيفة مدير منتج لأنظمة المؤسسات (Oracle) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

تهدف هذه الوظيفة إلى امتلاك الخبرة التقنية الكاملة لمنصات Oracle (ERP، EPM، OCI، PaaS/IaaS)، وقيادة التكامل السلس والأداء والأمان مع ضمان قابلية التوسع والكفاءة. سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن إدارة منتجات وتوصيل حلول Oracle ERP/EPM التقنية/المؤسسية، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر تقارير Oracle Fusion، والتكامل، والتخصيص، والإضافات، وسير العمل، وOracle OCI، وOracle PaaS/IaaS. وسيقوم بتحسين أنظمة المؤسسات، وتعزيز الامتثال، وتحويل المتطلبات التقنية المعقدة إلى حلول بسيطة دون المساس بقابلية التوسع أو الأمان أو الأداء. كما يتوقع منه أن يكون حلقة وصل بين الفرق التقنية وأصحاب المصلحة من جهات الأعمال لضمان التواصل والتوافق الفعال.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة وتسليم منتجات وحلول Oracle ERP/EPM التقنية والمؤسسية.
  • الإشراف على تقارير Oracle Fusion، والتكاملات، والتخصيصات، والإضافات، وسير العمل.
  • إدارة وإتقان Oracle OCI وOracle PaaS/IaaS.
  • ضمان التكامل السلس والأداء العالي والأمان مع الحفاظ على قابلية التوسع والكفاءة.
  • تحسين أنظمة المؤسسات وتعزيز الامتثال.
  • تحويل المتطلبات التقنية المعقدة إلى حلول بسيطة وفعالة.
  • العمل كحلقة وصل بين الفرق التقنية وأصحاب المصلحة من جهات الأعمال لضمان التواصل الفعال والتوافق.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • حاصل على درجة علمية من جامعة معترف بها.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في حلول Oracle التقنية، خاصة في OCI وPaaS وIaaS.
  • خلفية قوية في تكامل الأنظمة وإعداد التقارير.
  • فهم متين لـ Oracle ERP/EPM.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان Oracle OCI، PaaS، IaaS.
  • مهارات متقدمة في تكامل الأنظمة والتقارير (Oracle Fusion Reports).
  • معرفة بسير العمل والتخصيصات والإضافات في Oracle.
  • يفضل معرفة التقنيات الناشئة مثل Oracle FDI والذكاء الاصطناعي والمساعد الرقمي (Digital Assistance).
  • مهارات قوية في إدارة العلاقات والتواصل بين الفرق التقنية وأصحاب المصلحة.

About the Role

Are you a tech-savvy Oracle platform strategist?  This role presents an opportunity to own the technical mastery of Oracle ERP, EPM, OCI, and PaaS/IaaS - driving seamless integration, performance, and security while ensuring scalability and efficiency! You'll be responsible of managing Oracle ERP/EPM Technical/Enterprise products and delivery which include but are not limited to Oracle Fusion reports, integrations, customisation, extensions, workflow, Oracle OCI, and Oracle PaaS/IaaS.   From Fusion reports to custom workflows, you'll optimise enterprise systems, enhance compliance, and transform complex technical requirements into simple solutions without compromising scalability, security, or performance.  Success in this role includes strong relationship management skills as you are expected to act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.

About You

Degree qualified, you must demonstrate a minimum of 7 years of experience in Oracle technical solutions, particularly in OCI, PaaS, and IaaS.

 

Naturally, you will possess a strong background in system integrations and reporting. Further, a solid understanding of Oracle ERP/EPM is critical.
