Role Description The Fast Food Restaurant Manager at Asl Al Burger is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure a high-quality, efficient, and safe guest experience. This full-time, on-site role is located in Riyadh and includes managing staff schedules, supervising service standards, and monitoring food preparation and presentation. The manager will lead and coach team members, handle hiring and onboarding, and support training to maintain strong customer service. Day-to-day tasks also include managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, monitoring sales and costs, and implementing company policies and procedures. The role involves resolving guest concerns, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, and contributing to local marketing and promotional activities.
Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
• Experience in Hiring and team leadership, with the ability to develop and motivate staff.
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and management.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including food safety, quality standards, and fast food service.
• Proven experience in restaurant or retail management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accountability.
• Basic proficiency in using POS systems and handling cash and reports.
• Fluency in Arabic; English communication skills are an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
