Sanabil Studio هو صانع مشاريع يدمج الخبرات الصناعية والتقنية وريادة الأعمال لتحويل الأفكار إلى شركات حقيقية. تم تطوير منصة Renti لتقديم حلول تمويل إيجار تتيح للمستأجرين السكنيين والتجاريين تقسيط الإيجار بدلاً من دفعه سنوياً، مع حصول الملاك على الدفعة كاملة مقدمًا. نحن نبحث عن شريك مؤسس ورئيس تكنولوجيا (CTO) يمتلك كامل المنظومة التقنية وتجربة المنتج لمنصة Renti وسوقها العقاري، بدءًا من محرك الاكتتاب (underwriting engine) الذي يقرر الموافقة على التمويل وشروطه، وصولاً إلى رحلة العميل الميسرة. سيعمل بشكل وثيق مع الرئيس التنفيذي (CEO) في وضع الاستراتيجية وليس فقط تنفيذ خطة جاهزة. التوقعات للنجاح: خلال الربع الأول، شحن الإصدار الأول من محرك الاكتتاب ورحلة التقديم للمستأجرين والملاك، وتشغيل المنصة لمعالجة صرف حقيقي. بشكل مستمر، تطوير المنصة بإطلاق منتجات تمويلية جديدة وشرائح مستأجرين ومناطق جغرافية. خلال ستة أشهر، بناء فريق هندسي أساسي. خلال السنة الأولى، تشغيل منصة آمنة ومتوافقة وقابلة للتدقيق بأحجام معاملات مرتفعة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وبناء عملية الاكتتاب: نماذج الائتمان والقدرة المالية والمخاطر المستخدمة لتقييم طلبات المستأجرين السكنيين والتجاريين وتحديد شروط التمويل.
- أتمتة رحلة العميل الكاملة من التقديم والتحقق من الهوية إلى الصرف والسداد والتحصيل.
- إدارة المنتج وتجربة المستخدم وواجهة المستخدم: تصميم وتطوير تجربة بديهية للمستأجرين والملاك عبر الويب والجوال.
- بناء بنية المنصة الأساسية واختيار التوازن المناسب بين البناء والشراء لأنظمة الدفع والبيانات والبنية التحتية.
- تأسيس فريق التكنولوجيا مع نمو الشركة، من أول مهندسي التوظيف إلى وظيفة هندسية ومنتج كاملة.
- ضمان أمان المنصة والامتثال للوائح وقابلية التدقيق في ظل البيئة التنظيمية التي تعمل بها Renti.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع الرئيس التنفيذي في جمع التمويل وفحص العناية الواجبة التقنية للمستثمرين وتحديد تسلسل الذهاب إلى السوق.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خلفية تقنية قوية وسجل حافل في بناء وشحن المنتجات بنفسك.
- خبرة في تصميم أو تنفيذ عمليات التكامل مع سمة (SIMAH) ونفاذ (Nafath) للاكتتاب، أو بناء نماذج ائتمانية وتصنيف مخاطر، ويفضل في سياق الإقراض أو التمويل المدمج (embedded finance).
- حس منتج قوي وحدس في تجربة المستخدم وواجهة المستخدم، وأن تكون مرتاحًا لامتلاك قرارات التصميم وليس فقط التنفيذ الهندسي.
- خبرة في أتمتة رحلات العملاء وسير العمل التشغيلي، وليس فقط بناء الميزات.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة من الصفر: بناء خفيف، تكرار سريع، والعمل بنفسك قبل وجود فريق للتفويض.
- تواصل واضح مع الرئيس التنفيذي والمستثمرين، ومع المهندسين الذين توظفهم مع نمو الفريق.
- الإقامة حاليًا في المملكة العربية السعودية أو الاستعداد للانتقال إليها.
- خبرة سابقة في مجال التكنولوجيا المالية (fintech) أو التكنولوجيا العقارية (proptech) أو الإقراض الاستهلاكي (إضافي).

We are looking for a Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer to own the entire technology stack and product experience for Renti and its real estate marketplace, from the underwriting engine that decides who gets approved and on what terms, through to the customer-facing journey that makes applying for and repaying rent financing simple and fast, across both residential and commercial tenants. You will be shaping strategy alongside the CEO, not just executing a roadmap handed to you.

We are looking for a Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer to own the entire technology stack and product experience for Renti and its real estate marketplace, from the underwriting engine that decides who gets approved and on what terms, through to the customer-facing journey that makes applying for and repaying rent financing simple and fast, across both residential and commercial tenants. You will be shaping strategy alongside the CEO, not just executing a roadmap handed to you.
THE ROLE: What you'll own here.
- Design and build the underwriting process: the credit, affordability, and risk models used to assess residential and commercial tenant applications and set financing terms.
- Automate the end-to-end customer journey, from application and identity verification through disbursement, repayment, and collections.
- Own product, UX, and UI: design and ship an intuitive tenant and landlord experience across web and mobile.
- Build the core platform architecture and select the right build-versus-buy tradeoffs for payments, data, and infrastructure.
- Stand up the technology team as the venture scales, from the first engineering hires through to a full product and engineering function.
- Ensure the platform is secure, compliant, and auditable given the regulatory environment Renti operates in.
- Partner closely with the CEO on fundraising, investor technical due diligence, and go-to-market sequencing.
- You have a strong technical background, with a track record of personally building and shipping products.
- You have designed or implemented integrations with SIMAH and Nafath for underwriting, or built credit scoring and risk models, ideally in a lending or embedded finance context.
- You have strong product sense and UX/UI instincts, comfortable owning design decisions rather than just engineering execution.
- You have experience automating customer journeys and operational workflows, not just building features.
- You are comfortable operating at zero-to-one: building lean, iterating fast, and doing the work personally before there is a team to delegate to.
- You communicate clearly with the CEO, investors, and, as the team grows, the engineers you hire.
- You are currently based in or willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE: You're not building from zero, you're built to move fast.
- Within the first quarter: have shipped v1 of the underwriting engine and the tenant and landlord application journey, live in the market rather than still in development.
- Within the first quarter: have the platform processing real disbursements end-to-end at first scale.
- On an ongoing basis: have the platform evolving continuously, shipping new capabilities (new financing products, tenant segments, or geographies) in step with Renti's commercial growth.
- Within six months: have built and be leading a founding engineering team beyond yourself.
- Within the first year: be operating a platform that is secure, compliant, and auditable at meaningfully higher transaction volume.
- Be recognized by the studio and the CEO as a founder who ships fast at day one and keeps shipping, rather than over-engineering before proving the model.
