تعلن شركة Parsons Corporation عن توفر وظيفة Design Manager (مدير تصميم) في الرياض، السعودية. ستعمل على مشاريع ضخمة ومهمة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تكامل وتنسيق جميع تخصصات التصميم، بما في ذلك: البنية التحتية، التخطيط الشامل، التخطيط الحضري، التصميم الحضري، المجال العام، هندسة المناظر الطبيعية، النقل، المرافق، الهندسة المعمارية، الاستدامة، والهندسة.
- إدارة الواجهات متعددة التخصصات للتصميم وضمان أن جميع حزم التصميم منسقة بالكامل ومتسقة ومتوافقة مع أهداف المشروع.
- دفع التميز التقني من خلال مراجعات التصميم القوية وعمليات الضمان الفني وإجراءات مراقبة الجودة.
- ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع والمعايير المطبقة ولوائح الجهات المختصة وأفضل الممارسات الصناعية.
- قيادة ورش عمل تنسيق التصميم واجتماعات المراجعة الفنية لتحديد وحل النزاعات والمخاطر وقضايا الواجهات بشكل استباقي.
- الإشراف على تسليم التصميم من المفهوم إلى التصميم التفصيلي ودعم الإنشاء، مع ضمان الجودة والاكتمال وقابلية الإنشاء لجميع المخرجات.
- إدارة جداول التصميم والمعالم الرئيسية والتبعيات الحرجة وتسلسل التصميم لدعم أهداف تسليم المشروع.
- ضمان أن أنظمة البنية التحتية مدمجة بالكامل مع أهداف التخطيط والتصميم الحضري، بما في ذلك النقل والطرق والمرافق والمياه والصرف الصحي ومياه الأمطار والري والطاقة والاتصالات وأنظمة المدن الذكية والبنية التحتية للمجال العام.
- التنسيق الوثيق مع فرق إدارة المشروع والتجارية والمشتريات والإنشاء وأصحاب المصلحة لضمان تنفيذ سلس للمشروع.

المهارات المطلوبة
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة من جامعة معترف بها.
- خبرة في تسليم مشاريع التطوير الشامل المخطط له والبيئات الحضرية وبرامج البنية التحتية والمشاريع متعددة الاستخدامات.
- خبرة عملية في دمج الجوانب الهندسية/الفنية وكذلك أنشطة المشتريات والإنشاء.
- قدرة مثبتة على الأداء في منصب إداري والقدرة على قيادة الفرق متعددة الوظائف والتأثير عليها في بيئات المشاريع المعقدة.
- معرفة ممتازة في تصميم البنية التحتية والتكامل مع تصميم المباني والمناظر الطبيعية.
- قدرات قوية في إدارة التصميم متعدد التخصصات والتكامل الفني.
- فهم شامل لتسلسل التصميم وتسليم المشاريع وتطوير البنية التحتية.
- مهارات ممتازة في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والتعامل مع الآخرين.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الكتابي والتقديمي والشفوي.
المهارات المرغوبة

Job Description
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Design Manager to join our team! In this role you will be working on some state of the art mega projects and important clients.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the integration and coordination of all design disciplines, including Infrastructure, Master Planning, Urban Planning, Urban Design, Public Realm, Landscape Architecture, Transportation, Utilities, Architecture, Sustainability, and Engineering.
- Manage multidisciplinary design interfaces and ensure all design packages are fully coordinated, consistent, and aligned with project objectives.
- Drive technical excellence through robust design reviews, technical assurance processes, and quality control procedures.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, applicable standards, authority regulations, and industry best practices.
- Lead design coordination workshops and technical review meetings to proactively identify and resolve conflicts, risks, and interface issues.
- Oversee design delivery from concept through detailed design and construction support, ensuring quality, completeness, and constructability of all deliverables.
- Manage design schedules, key milestones, critical dependencies, and design sequencing to support overall project delivery objectives.
- Ensure infrastructure systems are fully integrated with planning and urban design objectives, including transportation, roads, utilities, water, wastewater, stormwater, irrigation, power, telecommunications, smart city systems, and public realm infrastructure.
- Coordinate closely with project management, commercial, procurement, construction, and stakeholder teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor consultant performance and drive accountability for quality, coordination, and timely delivery of design outputs.
- Identify and mitigate technical, coordination, and delivery risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Promote collaboration and alignment across internal and external teams to achieve integrated, harmonious, and efficient project outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, authorities, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with diverse technical and non-technical audiences and facilitate timely decision-making.
- Champion design excellence, continuous improvement, innovation, and best practices across all disciplines.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Experience delivering large-scale master-planned developments, urban environments, infrastructure programs, and mixed-use projects.
- Hands-on experience with the integration of engineering/technical aspects, as well as procurement and construction activities
- Proven ability to perform in a management capacity and ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in complex project environments.
- Excellent knowledge in infrastructure design and the integration with building design, landscape.
- Strong multidisciplinary design management and technical integration capabilities.
- Thorough understanding of design sequencing, project delivery, and infrastructure development.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written, presentation, and oral communications skills.
- Ability to meet Parsons’ project management certification requirements where applicable
- Thorough knowledge of current industry practices and regulations
- Knowledge of current technology and how it can be effectively utilized on projects
- Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and decision-making abilities.
