نبحث عن Cloud Support Engineer لتقديم الدعم التشغيلي اليومي والمراقبة واستكشاف الأخطاء في البنية التحتية لـ GCP التي تدعم خدمات الإنتاج. يضمن هذا الدور بقاء الخدمات السحابية متوفرة وآمنة ومهيأة بشكل صحيح وقابلة للاسترداد.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراقبة ودعم البنية التحتية الإنتاجية لـ GCP بما في ذلك Compute Engine وCloud Storage وIAM وVPC وموازنات التحميل والخدمات ذات الصلة.
- إجراء فحوصات الصحة اليومية عبر البنية التحتية السحابية.
- التحقيق في الحوادث المتعلقة بالبنية التحتية وتدهور الخدمة.
- استكشاف مشكلات الاتصال والأجهزة الافتراضية والتخزين وIAM وجدران الحماية والشبكات واستخدام الموارد وإصلاحها.
- مراجعة تنبيهات وسجلات GCP Cloud Logging وCloud Monitoring.
- تنفيذ كتيبات التشغيل المعتمدة وإجراءات الاسترداد.
- دعم حل الحوادث والمشاركة في تحليل السبب الجذري.
- التنسيق مع فرق التطبيقات وقواعد البيانات والشبكات والأمان والهندسة السحابية أثناء الحوادث.
- دعم أنشطة النسخ الاحتياطي والاسترداد والسعة والتوفر.
- صيانة الوثائق التشغيلية للبنية التحتية وإجراءات استكشاف الأخطاء.
- رفع العيوب أو تغييرات البنية التحتية التي تتطلب تدخلًا هندسيًا.
- دعم التغييرات في بيئة الإنتاج والتحقق بعد التغيير.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو تقنية المعلومات أو الهندسة أو ما يعادلها.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة Google Associate Cloud Engineer.
- أساسيات ITIL تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة في دعم بيئات الإنتاج الحيوية.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Cloud Support Engineer to provide day-to-day operational support, monitoring, and troubleshooting of GCP infrastructure supporting production services. The role ensures cloud services remain available, secure, properly configured, and recoverable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support GCP production infrastructure, including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, IAM, VPC, load balancers, and related services.
- Perform daily health checks across cloud infrastructure.
- Investigate infrastructure-related incidents and service degradation.
- Troubleshoot connectivity, VM, storage, IAM, firewall, networking, and resource-utilization issues.
- Review GCP Cloud Logging and Cloud Monitoring alerts and logs.
- Execute approved operational runbooks and recovery procedures.
- Support incident resolution and participate in root-cause analysis.
- Coordinate with application, database, network, security, and cloud engineering teams during incidents.
- Support backup, recovery, capacity, and availability activities.
- Maintain infrastructure operational documentation and troubleshooting procedures.
- Escalate defects or infrastructure changes requiring engineering intervention.
- Support production changes and perform post-change validation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Google Associate Cloud Engineer certification preferred.
- ITIL Foundation is an advantage.
- Experience supporting business-critical production environments.
