شركة بارسونز في الرياض تبحث عن مدير تصميم (Design Manager - Arch) للعمل مع فريق الاستشارات الهندسية، حيث سيتولى قيادة وتنسيق مشاريع التصميم متعددة التخصصات في قطاعات المباني والبنية التحتية والمناظر الطبيعية والتخطيط العام، مع التركيز على حوكمة التصميم والتكامل التقني والامتثال للجهات الرقابية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وتنسيق فرق التصميم متعددة التخصصات (معماري، إنشائي، ميكانيكي وكهربائي (MEP)، بنية تحتية، وتخصصات أخرى) لضمان التوافق بينها.
- الإشراف على تطوير التصميم ومراجعاته بدءاً من المفهوم وحتى التصميم التفصيلي ووثائق طرح المناقصة (IFC).
- ضمان الاتساق مع موجز العميل ونية التصميم وأهداف المشروع واللوائح المعمول بها.
- تنسيق عمليات تقديم التصميم والرد على التعليقات والمراجعات الناتجة عن ملاحظات العميل والجهات الرقابية والأطراف الثالثة.
- العمل كنقطة اتصال مركزية لواجهات التصميم والتكامل التقني بين التخصصات.
- إدارة وتنسيق عمل الاستشاريين الفرعيين لضمان جودة التسليمات والتزامها بالنطاق الزمني.
- رئاسة اجتماعات تنسيق التصميم وورش العمل، وإصدار محاضر واضحة ومتابعة تنفيذها.
- دعم وظائف إدارة المشروع بما في ذلك تتبع البرنامج الزمني وإعداد تقارير التقدم ورصد المخاطر.
- ضمان التزام وثائق التصميم بإجراءات ضمان الجودة (QA/QC) الخاصة بالاستشارة ومتطلبات جودة المشروع.
- الحفاظ على سجلات منظمة لقرارات التصميم والموافقات والمراسلات الفنية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في تنسيق التصميم أو إدارة التصميم أو أدوار مشابهة.
- خبرة مثبتة في العمل ضمن بيئة استشارية هندسية أو استشارية متعددة التخصصات.
- فهم قوي لسير عمل تطوير التصميم وعمليات الموافقة.
- يفضل بشدة خبرة سابقة في تنسيق مشاريع داخل المملكة العربية السعودية أو منطقة الشرق الأوسط.
المهارات المطلوبة
- قدرة قوية على تفسير وتنسيق معلومات التصميم التقني عبر التخصصات.
- معرفة متطلبات الجهات المحلية والكودات والأطر التنظيمية.
- خبرة في إدارة واجهات التصميم المعقدة وحل مشكلات التنسيق.
- مهارات قوية في التخطيط وإعداد التقارير وإدارة الوثائق.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئات استشارية منظمة تعتمد على البرامج الزمنية.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة وإدارة لأصحاب المصلحة.
- قدرة قيادية وتنسيقية بارزة.
- اهتمام بالتفاصيل مع نهج استباقي لحل المشكلات.
- القدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة وأولويات تحت ضغط المواعيد النهائية.

Job Description
We are seeking a Design Manager to lead and manage the coordination of multi-disciplinary design and design-review projects across a range of sectors including buildings, infrastructure, landscape, and master planning.
This role sits on the consultant side and focuses on design governance, technical integration, authority compliance, and stakeholder.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage the coordination of multi-disciplinary design teams, ensuring alignment across architectural, structural, MEP, infrastructure, and specialist disciplines
- Oversee design development and design review activities from concept through detailed design and IFC.
- Ensure consistency with the client brief, design intent, project objectives, and applicable regulations
- Coordinate design submissions, responses to comments, and revisions arising from client, authority, and third-party reviews
- Act as the central point of contact for design interfaces and technical integration
- Manage and coordinate sub-consultants, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables aligned with scope and programme
- Chair design coordination meetings and workshops, issuing clear actions and follow-ups
- Support project management functions including programme tracking, progress reporting, and risk identification
- Ensure design documentation meets consultancy QA/QC procedures and project quality requirements
- Maintain structured records of design decisions, approvals, and technical correspondence
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years’ professional experience in design coordination, design management, or similar roles
- Proven experience working within an engineering or multidisciplinary consultancy environment
- Strong understanding of design development workflows and approval processes
- Experience coordinating projects in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is strongly preferred
- Strong ability to interpret and coordinate technical design information across disciplines
- Knowledge of local authority requirements, codes, and regulatory frameworks
- Experience managing complex design interfaces and resolving coordination issues
- Strong planning, reporting, and document control skills
- Comfortable working in structured, programme-driven consultancy environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Strong leadership and coordination capability
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Able to manage multiple workstreams and priorities under tight deadlines
