شركة Parsons Corporation تبحث عن مدير تخطيط (Planning Manager) للعمل في مكة وجدة، السعودية، ضمن بيئة مبتكرة تدعم النمو والتميز.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على إعداد ومراجعة الجداول الزمنية التفصيلية وضمان دقتها من قبل المقاول.
- إعداد جداول زمنية باستخدام برنامجي Primavera P6 وExcel.
- مراجعة والتحقق من تقارير التقدم المقدمة من المقاول.
- إعداد تقارير التقدم للعميل.
- متابعة تقدم العمل في الموقع والإبلاغ عن أي انحراف عن خط الأساس المعتمد.
- التحقق من تقدم المقاول مقابل نماذج طلب العمل المعتمدة (WIRs).
- تأكيد بيانات التقارير اليومية.
- تحليل مطالبات تأخير المقاول وإعداد التقارير والتوصيات للعميل.
- توجيه وإرشاد موظفي Parsons والمقاولين.
- التحقق من التقدم من خلال التفتيش الميداني عند الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة من جامعة معتمدة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عامًا في مجال التخطيط والجدولة، مع العمل كمدير جدولة في مشاريع واسعة النطاق.
- خبرة سابقة في قيادة قسم كبير للتخطيط والرقابة (PC) بالتعاون مع شركات دولية مرموقة وفي مشاريع بارزة.
- خبرة في تحليل مطالبات التأخير المعقدة وإعداد التقارير والتوصيات للعميل.
- إتقان ممتاز للغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثًا.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة متقدمة في استخدام Primavera P6 وExcel وPowerPoint وبرامج Microsoft Office الأخرى؛ ومعرفة PowerBI تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة في تخطيط ومراقبة التقدم في أنشطة الإنشاءات.
- القدرة على إعداد جداول زمنية تفصيلية للأسبوع الثالث (three-week look-ahead) وجدولة الأنشطة الحرجة.
- مهارات تواصل قوية ومهارات شخصية ممتازة.
- قدرة مثبتة على التخطيط والتنظيم والتوجيه والمراجعة والعرض بشكل مستقل مع الحد الأدنى من الإشراف.

Job Description
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Planning Manager to join our team! Develops, manages, and/or executes all phases of the project controls effort (planning/scheduling and cost analysis). Typically manages small to medium-sized projects. The incumbent utilizes widely diversified knowledge of project controls activities, and draws upon extensive experience and exposure to various types of projects and clients.
What You'll Be Doing
- Experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling functions, which include schedule development, control, and analysis, in the field and the home office.
- Knowledge of supervision, personnel administration, and training of technical and non-technical personnel.
- Skilled in verbal and written communication.
- Advanced knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and startup work processes.
- Knowledge of engineering and construction management customarily acquired over time through specialized instruction or practical experience.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, direct, perform, review, and present schedule products independently with minimal supervision. This includes using a high level of professional judgment and knowledge related to technical planning and scheduling skills and engineering design, construction, and procurement practices.
- Expertise must have been gained from working for reputed firms.
- Demonstrated skill in management, supervisory and personnel administrative functions.
- Ensuring detailed accurate schedules are prepared and maintained by the Contractor.
- Preparation of schedules in P6 & Excel.
- Review and verification of Contractors progress report.
- Preparation of progress reports for the client.
- Following up on contractor site progress and report any deviation from the approved baseline.
- Verify contractor progress against the approved WIRs.
- Confirm the daily report data.
- Analysis and reporting on contractor delay claims.
- Mentoring Parsons and Contractor staff.
- Verification of progress through site inspection as required.
- Bachelor’s in engineering or a related field from an accredited university
- Minimum 12 years’ experience in planning and scheduling including having worked as the scheduling manager on large-scale projects.
- Must have led large PC Department working with top international firms an on prestigious projects.
- Expert in Primavera P6, PowerPoint, Excel and other MS Office Software, Power BI is advantageous.
- Experience in planning and monitoring progress on construction activities
- Experience in analysis of complex contractor delay claims and preparing reports and recommendations for the client.
- Providing mentoring for team member and contractor staff in preparation of schedule in P6, and progress reporting.
- Experience detailed three weeks look ahead schedules and detailed scheduling of time critical activities.
- Excellent command (written and oral) of the English language.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
