نبذة عن الوظيفة

يقع منتجع رافلز البحر الأحمر ضمن مشروع البحر الأحمر الرائد في المملكة، وهو ملاذ راقٍ يجمع بين الأناقة الخالدة والفخامة، مع التركيز على الطبيعة والاستدامة. يقدم المنتجع 361 غرفة و11 مقهى ومطعمًا متنوعًا، بما في ذلك مطعم فوق الماء يطل على البحر الأحمر وأشجار المانجروف، بالإضافة إلى منتجع صحي. سيكون حارس الباب جزءًا من فريق يقدم الضيافة الأسطورية والخدمة الشخصية لأكثر المسافرين تميزًا.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم ترحيب حار وصادق لجميع الضيوف عند الوصول والمغادرة، مع استخدام الأسماء والألقاب المناسبة كلما أمكن.
  • فتح وإغلاق أبواب المركبات والمنتجع برقي واحترافية لضمان تجربة وصول أنيقة وخالية من العيوب.
  • التنسيق بسلاسة مع فريق الحقائب ومواقف السيارات والمكتب الأمامي لإدارة أمتعة الضيوف واحتياجات النقل بكفاءة.
  • مساعدة فريق مواقف السيارات في ركن واستلام مركبات الضيوف بطريقة مسؤولة وفي الوقت المناسب.
  • الحفاظ على أعلى معايير النظافة والمظهر في مدخل الفندق والمناطق العامة، وضمان تجربة وصول خالية من العيوب.
  • التمسك بفلسفة "الفخامة العاطفية" للعلامة التجارية، وضمان أن يكون كل تفاعل مخصصًا وصادقًا ولا يُنسى.
  • العمل كراوٍٍ ومشاركة المعرفة حول مفهوم المنتجع القائم على الطبيعة والجمال الطبيعي الفريد لوجهة البحر الأحمر.
  • توقع تفضيلات الضيوف من خلال مراقبة احتياجاتهم وتقديم المساعدة الاستباقية دون إزعاج.
  • ضمان سلامة وأمن منطقة المدخل، ومراقبة حركة المرور والإبلاغ عن أي أنشطة غير عادية أو مخاطر.
  • الالتزام بجميع معايير النظافة والسلامة والخدمة الخاصة بفنادق رافلز وأكور.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها، ويُفضل شهادة في إدارة الضيافة أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في دور مماثل ضمن فندق أو منتجع فاخر من فئة الخمس نجوم.
  • حيازة رخصة قيادة سارية مع خبرة في التعامل مع المركبات الفاخرة.
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة مع مظهر مهني وآداب تتناسب مع معايير الفخامة.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة، وتعتبر اللغة العربية واللغات الأخرى ميزة إضافية.
  • قدرة بدنية عالية تسمح بالوقوف لفترات طويلة ورفع أو نقل أشياء تزيد عن 75 رطلاً عند الحاجة.

Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm, sincere greeting to all guests upon arrival and departure, using appropriate names and titles whenever possible.
  • Open and close vehicle and resort doors with grace and professionalism, ensuring an attentive and polished arrival experience.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with the Bell Team, Valet, and Front Office to manage guest luggage and transportation needs efficiently.
  • Assist the Valet team with parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a responsible and timely manner.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in the hotel entrance and public areas, ensuring the arrival experience is defect-free.
  • Uphold the brand’s Emotional Luxury philosophy, ensuring every interaction feels bespoke, heartfelt, and memorable.
  • Act as a storyteller, sharing knowledge about the resort’s nature-focused concept and the unique natural beauty of the Red Sea destination.
  • Anticipate guest preferences by observing their needs and providing proactive assistance without being intrusive.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the entrance area, monitoring traffic flow and reporting any unusual activities or hazards.
  • Adhere to all Raffles and Accor hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times.

Qualifications

Personal Attributes & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an asset.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury 5-star hotel or resort.
  • Must possess a valid driving license and have experience with luxury vehicle handling.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional appearance and etiquette aligned with luxury standards.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic and other languages are considered a significant asset.
  • Strong physical stamina, with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move objects in excess of 75 pounds as required.
  • A "Be Kind" and "Be Happy" personality, demonstrating empathy, emotional intelligence, and a genuine passion for guest service.
  • Experience in a resort pre-opening environment is highly desirable.

  • Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.
  • experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-Opening stages.
  • Experience in pre-Opening is a must.
