تعلن أمازون عن وظيفة 'مشرف مركز تنفيذ' في الرياض، السعودية. ستدير نوب العمل في أحد مراكز التنفيذ أو الفرز أو التوصيل، وتلعب دوراً محورياً في إيصال الطلبات للعملاء. هذا دور متنوع ومليء بالتحديات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- خلق وتعزيز بيئة عمل ءامنة من خلال تحديذ فرص الالامان في منقطة عملك.
- إدارة وتدريب الموظفين لمساعدة في تفيذ أفض خدمة للعملاء.
- الالتأكد من تنفيذ طلبات العملاء وفقاً لمعاير الجودة والالامان.
- توفير معلومات حاسمة عن الوب الحالي للإدارة الميدانية والمشغلين باستمرار.
- تعديل توزيع العمالة خلال نوباتك لتلبية وتجواز الخطط والتوقعات.
- التعامل مع وظائف الدعم أو الأقسام الأخرى لمعالجة المشكلات المشتركة في مجالات الأداء الرئيسية مث جاهزية منطقة العملية و5S والالامان والتدريب.
- المساعدة في حل تحديات الالوجستيكا وسلسة التوريد من خلل تحليل البوانات والابتكار وتحسين الالعملية.
الشرط والمتطلبات
- خلربة لا تقل عن سنة واحد في استخدام منتجات وتطبيقات مايكروسوفت أوفيس.
- شهادة ثانوية عامة أو ما يعادلها.
- القدرة على العمل بجداول مرنة / نوبة / منقة عمل، بم في ذلك عطلا الاسبوع والليال والعطل.
- القدرة على رفع أثقال يصل وزها إلى 49 رطلاً (حوالي 22.2 كجم)، والوقوف / المشي خلال نوبات تصل إلى 12 ساعة، وكثرة الالدفع والسحب والقرفصاء والانحناء والوصول.
- العمل 40 ساعة في الاسبوع، ووقت إضافي عند اللزوم.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة بتقنيات لين وستة سغما وكايزن (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).

You will oversee the shift management in one of our first mile fulfillment centers, middle mile sortation centers or final mile delivery stations. Our Operations Specialists drive the pulse of our operations on the ground and play a key role in getting our customers’ orders out to them in every step of the chain.
This is a varied, challenging role and every day is different!

• Ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in line with quality and safety guidelines
• Continuously provide critical shift related information to frontline management and operators
• Adjust labor allocation throughout your shifts to meet and exceed plans and forecasts
• Engage with support functions and/or other departments to address common issues or needs in key areas of performance e.g. process area readiness, 5S, safety, training
• Help to solve logistics and supply chain challenges through data analysis, innovation and process optimization

Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience
- high school diploma or equivalent
- High school or equivalent
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
- Work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays
