قائد فريق القنوات - توصيل المحاور هو دور قيادي يجمع بين التنفيذ الميداني والرؤية الاستراتيجية، حيث يضمن تحقيق فريق منفذي تطوير الحسابات لأهداف التفعيل والأداء مع الحفاظ على معايير التوصيل العالية لأمازون. يعمل القائد كمدرب ومحلل مشكلات ومحرك للنتائج، لتمكين الفريق من النجاح في بيئة ديناميكية موجهة نحو الأهداف.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على فريق من منفذي تطوير الحسابات (ADEs) وتوجيههم في تأهيل وإدارة شركاء التجزئة المحليين في برنامج توصيل المحاور.
- ضمان تحقيق الفريق لأهداف التفعيل والأداء مع الالتزام بمعايير التوصيل العالية لأمازون.
- العمل كمدرب ومحلل مشكلات ومحرك للنتائج لتمكين الفريق من النجاح في بيئة ديناميكية موجهة نحو الأهداف.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في بيئة موجهة للعملاء، أو المستودعات، أو الخدمات اللوجستية، أو التصنيع.
- خبرة في استخدام منتجات وتطبيقات Microsoft Office.
- خبرة في استخدام Excel.
- إجادة التحدث والكتابة والقراءة باللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة.
- يفضل وجود درجة البكالوريوس.

The Channel Lead will serve as coach, problem-solver, and results driver, enabling their team to succeed in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment.

Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
