انضم إلى فريق عمليات أمازون في الرياض كمشرف مركز تنفيذ (Fulfillment Center Supervisor). ستكون مسؤولاً عن إدارة المناوبات في أحد مراكز التنفيذ أو الفرز أو التوصيل، وتلعب دوراً محورياً في إنجاز طلبات العملاء وضمان جودة وسلامة العمليات.

نوسع فريقنا في عمليات أمازون! إذا كنت مهتماً بالانضمام إلى عمل يمكنك فيه الاستمتاع وتحقيق نتائج مذهلة وإضفاء البسمة على وجوه الناس، فقد تكون هذه الوظيفة مناسبة لك. ستشرف على إدارة المناوبات في أحد مراكز التنفيذ (First Mile) أو مراكز الفرز (Middle Mile) أو محطات التوصيل (Final Mile). يعمل متخصصو العمليات لدينا على تحريك نبض عملياتنا الميدانية ويلعبون دوراً رئيسياً في إيصال طلبات العملاء في كل خطوة من السلسلة. هذه وظيفة متنوعة ومليئة بالتحديات، وكل يوم مختلف!
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إنشاء وتعزيز بيئة عمل آمنة من خلال تحديد فرص السلامة في منطقة عملك
- إدارة وتدريب الموظفين للمساعدة في تقديم أفضل خدمة لعملائنا
- ضمان تنفيذ طلبات العملاء وفقاً لإرشادات الجودة والسلامة
- تقديم معلومات حيوية متعلقة بالمناوبة باستمرار للإدارة الميدانية والمشغلين
- تعديل توزيع العمل خلال مناوباتك لتلبية وتجاوز الخطط والتوقعات
- التعاون مع وظائف الدعم أو الأقسام الأخرى لمعالجة المشكلات أو الاحتياجات المشتركة في مجالات الأداء الرئيسية مثل جاهزية منطقة العمل، 5S، السلامة، التدريب
- المساهمة في حل تحديات اللوجستيات وسلسلة التوريد من خلال تحليل البيانات والابتكار وتحسين العمليات
الشروط والمتطلبات
المؤهلات المفضلة: • معرفة بتقنيات Lean وSix Sigma وKaizen
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في استخدام منتجات وتطبيقات Microsoft Office
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في استخدام Microsoft Office (Word، Excel، Outlook)
- شهادة ثانوية عامة أو ما يعادلها
- المرونة في العمل بجدول زمني/مناوبات/منطقة عمل متغيرة، بما في ذلك عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والليالي والعطلات الرسمية
- القدرة على رفع أوزان تصل إلى 49 رطلاً، والوقوف/المشي خلال مناوبات قد تصل إلى 12 ساعة، والقدرة المتكررة على الدفع، السحب، القرفصاء، الانحناء، والمد

You will oversee the shift management in one of our first mile fulfillment centers, middle mile sortation centers or final mile delivery stations. Our Operations Specialists drive the pulse of our operations on the ground and play a key role in getting our customers’ orders out to them in every step of the chain.
This is a varied, challenging role and every day is different!
Key job responsibilities
• Create and cultivate a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities across your work area
• Manage and train our Associates to help deliver the best service for our customers
• Ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in line with quality and safety guidelines
• Continuously provide critical shift related information to frontline management and operators
• Adjust labor allocation throughout your shifts to meet and exceed plans and forecasts
• Engage with support functions and/or other departments to address common issues or needs in key areas of performance e.g. process area readiness, 5S, safety, training
• Help to solve logistics and supply chain challenges through data analysis, innovation and process optimization

Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience
- high school diploma or equivalent
- High school or equivalent
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
- Work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays
