تعلن شركة PSA BDP عن وظيفة منسق لوجستي (Logistics Coordinator) في منطقة حائل الخوير السعودية، وذلك لإدارة عمليات الشحن والتنسيق اللوجستي من البداية إلى النهاية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة معالجة طلبات العملاء
- تحليل جدوى طلبات العملاء
- تخطيط وحجز أوامر النقل
- تنسيق ومتابعة الشحنات
- معالجة الإجراءات الجمركية (تصدير/استيراد)
- التوثيق والإدارة والفوترة والحفظ
- تقديم ردود للعملاء (تقارير داخلية وخارجية للشحنات) عبر البريد الإلكتروني والهاتف وEDI
- استكشاف الأخطاء التشغيلية وحلها
- الإبلاغ عن حالات عدم المطابقة وفقاً لمؤشرات الأداء (KPI)
- التعاون مع المقاولين الفرعيين المعتمدين وفقاً للأسعار المتفق عليها
- المعالجة الشاملة من البداية إلى النهاية
- معالجة الطلبات والتوثيق بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد
- تدقيق فواتير الشحن والدفع
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات تفصيليية في عمليات الخدما اللوجستية والشحن واللوائح والتوثيق
- يفضل حيازة شهاة مهنية من مؤسسة تعلنمية مرخصصة متخصصة في الخدمات اللوجستية والشحن
المهارات المطلوبة
- إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي وتطبيقات Microsoft أو أي تطبيقات برمجية رائدة أخرى

Job Description
∙ +3 years of detailed experience of logistics and forwarding operations/regulations and documentation
∙ Preferable a professional degree by a licensed educational institution specialized in logistics and forwarding.
∙ Computer literacy with Microsoft Software applications and /or other market leading software applications.
- Order processing management
- Customer order plausibility analysis
- Planning / Booking / Transportation orders
- Coordination/follow up of the shipment
- Customs processing (export/import)
- Documentation/administration/invoicing / filing
- Feedback to the customer (internal and external reporting of the shipments to the customer) by various means (mail, phone, EDI)
- Operational troubleshooting
- Non-conformance reporting in accordance with the KPI’s.
- Cooperation with approved subcontractors in accordance with agreed rates
- End to end processing
- Punctual and flawless order handling and documentation
- Freight audit payments
